The service was quite slow; it took about 17 minutes to get 8 wings! By the time they arrived, I didn't even want them anymore, but I had already paid.

The lady at the register today was incredibly sweet. I wish I had gotten her name, I think it was Loni or something. She was extremely helpful to my boyfriend and me.

The chicken has given me food poisoning last week and my child's mother food poisoning this week after ordering. It's gotta be either the chicken or the staff not practicing proper hygiene. I wouldn't recommend eating here until they restock with fresh poultry. View menu

They completely left half our order out. The thighs were over cooked/burnt. I don't understand how do you OVERCOOK/BURN thighs and still have the pride to serve it. The shift manager was unapologetic about the quality or lack there of the their food and service.

The wings were typical. How we the wait time was insane. Whoever does their online orders should provide an accurate wait time. Mine said 23-28 minutes and I waited 30 additional minutes when I arrived to pick my food up. Most people waiting were also complaining about the wait time. There has to be a better way.

I visited on April 7, 2024, between 2:00 and 2:11 PM, and was unfortunately denied service. The staff didn't provide any explanation; they just stared at me and said they couldn't sell me anything. The worst wing stop I have ever been too! There menu is outdated. We ordered and 20 mins later I asked for an update and was told it was 45 min until our food was going to be ready. I think something like that is important to tell someone before theyorder. Then there was no ice they said they would not refil it and all the flavours are out in there soda machine. The staff did not have the courtesy to replace a $12 order. The female manager was rude and strange. They made a mistake with my order even though I had clearly requested my steak well done. They also forgot some of my dipping sauces. I was unable to call them immediately as I had traveled to Pahrump after eating and had poor reception. I explained all of this to them, but they still refused to replace my food. I even suggested they check the security footage as I had paid with a card. However, they declined to do so.

WingStop is delicious, but this location needs to step up their wing game. They looked liked a bunch of chicken with their head cut off back there. Everyone looked like they were lost in the sauce. I was told 15 min ended up waiting 49 min. People that order after me received their order before me, and they had bigger orders. While waiting for my food, 4 customers returned their orders because of something being wrong, not receiving the right food. ? one customer came in asked for his food and was told it was up next when in fact after waiting another 10ish minutes they realized it was behind them on the rack.
