"On a whim, we decided to have Chinese food for dinner, so we placed an order at WinLi, our go-to Chinese take-out spot. We opted for two of their All Day Special Combinations, which come with your choice of Fried Rice or White Rice, and either a Pork Egg Roll or a Can of Soda (Shrimp Egg Roll available for an extra $0.50). We chose the Sesame Chicken ($11.95) and the Shrimp with Mixed Vegetables ($12.95). For our sides, we selected fried rice and a pork egg roll. When we arrived to pick up our order, they were just finishing packing it up. The food is always freshly prepared with high-quality ingredients, and the portion sizes are so generous that we usually end up with enough for two meals. We really enjoy the All Day Special Combinations and had a delightful dinner. I’m surprised they don’t have more reviews, considering their impressive take-out business, which speaks to how delicious their food is."

This is definitely my new favorite takeout spot in the area. I've been trying different dishes from the Thai menu and everything has been fantastic so far. The portions are generous and the prices are great.

The food was amazing! Even though it's a takeout place, it's definitely worth the journey. I drove 30 minutes from the other side of Baltimore just for takeout! I’m not exaggerating when I say the dishes were incredibly fresh, the flavors were vibrant and distinct, and the egg drop soup was absolutely to die for. View menu

This food here is ALWAYS good. The biggest surprise was how good the Thai food was. My favorite items are the pork dumplings, drunken noodles and spicy basil fried rice. Sometimes they’re not the fastest but I know for a fact the owner takes pride in the food quality being consistent, which I personally appreciate more over speed. Definitely recommend! Now, onto the details of the meal: the broth was perfectly thick, just as I like it, and it was packed with bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, and tofu, all complemented by freshly chopped green onions. The rest of the meal did not disappoint either! The sesame chicken was so tender that I could cut it with a fork—I've never had chicken that moist and delicate. The fried rice was bursting with rich flavors, and the chef certainly didn’t skimp on the ingredients. I also tried the fried wontons, which were creamy and lightly fried to perfection. For about $10.00, you get a meal that’s freshly prepared and a generous side—it's an unbeatable find! You can expect to see more of me; I'll definite...

"Highly recommend Sweet Peaz Southern Kitchen! The food is served fresh and hot. We were a party of eight and ordered Fried Whiting with Yams and Mac n Cheese, Chicken and Waffles, Fried Chicken Wings, Chicken Tenders, Fried Shrimp, French Fries, and Collard Greens. The Sweet Potato Waffles were absolutely delicious! The fried chicken, shrimp, and fish were cooked perfectly and tasted as good as they looked. The seasoning was just right—not too salty, allowing the flavors to shine. The yams and collards were a real treat for the taste buds. And the cornbread? Simply amazing. My only disappointment was that the first taste was free (haha). The Mac n Cheese was decent, but the Chicken Tenders didn’t quite live up to their name; however, they did remake them for us to take home. The space is small and simple, with old-school music that adds to the enjoyable dining experience. They limit dining to one hour to ensure everyone can enjoy the food, which I appreciate—I dislike when people linger for too long when others are waiting. The staff were friendly, making us feel valued and appreciated. Prices are reasonable. One downside was that many items were unavailable, including grits—which was a big letdown since I was looking forward to the famous Shrimp and Grits—as well as butter, potato salad, seafood salad, and tartar sauce. I recommend calling ahead if you’re craving a specific dish. Despite this, it was a great dining choice and lived up to the positive reviews. Overall, we left satisfied and would gladly return. Parking is street parking only, as there’s no dedicated lot."
