Last minute dinner date. Great service. Habanero wings and the Strawberry Pineapple Sangria were a hit!! My server Meghan McKay was awesome and super accommodating! Great experience

Great restaurant overall! The food and drinks are delicious. The atmosphere is very lively and always a nice place to hang out and grab a bite to eat. The chicken nachos are the best! The staff is very nice and welcoming. The restaurant has both in door and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating has umbrellas and heat lamps.

We were passing through the area and decided to make a pit stop at this restaurant. We were seated promptly and found the hostess and waiters to be friendly, but unfortunately, the service was a bit slow. Our food arrived lukewarm and not hot, indicating that it had been sitting out for a while before being served. The chicken platter was overcooked. Had not been to this location before, although I'm a fan of the franchise. Could not have been better. Server pleasant and attentive, food out quick and was fantastic. Done exactly as we'd asked. The best part was our waiter was quick to clear thetable and get us a check so we could be on our way (lunch time and still a lot to do that day). I will make it a picture to comeback to the Hamden location whenever I'm nearby. Great experience and worth the drive

I haven't been to this location before, but I am a fan of the franchise. It couldn't have been better. The server was pleasant and attentive, the food came out quickly and was fantastic, just as we had requested. The highlight was when our waiter quickly cleared the table and brought us the check so we could continue on with our day (it was lunch time and we had a lot to do). I will definitely consider returning when I am in the area. Overall, a great experience and a good value.

I was just here once and I wish I could go back. I went with my family and we were full and happy when we left. The food there is really good, I had nine Cheeseburgers and one thing with Fritten. The meat was high quality that my neighbor, a cook, could not stop talking about it. They were the best cheeseburgers I ever had in my whole life. They had a lot of taste, tenderness and juice that they melted in my mouth. The chefs have not added much to the meat at all, so it naturally tasted well without additional spices/bottles. Last minute choice for dinner Thursday night after running some errands in the area. The dining area is a bit worn and definitely loud. Thankfully, as two booths cleared out the noise went down a bit. I am gluten-free and was glad to see they had quite a few options. Overall the food was good. The brownie dessert was a great way to close the meal. 3-stars may seem low but this place comes off more like a diner with a huge bar rather than a restaurant. Also, I think something I ate had gluten because I went through a migraine reaction that kicked off immediately the next morning. I can only assume it was in something I ate so can't be sure except that there is no way I can take a chance again...

I decided to order online, show up early, and check out the restaurant. It was for 7:30pm, so I arrived at 7:10pm. As I was parking I noticed a lot of parking spaces for curbside pick-up, along with it's own side entrance. Very impressive. As I walkedinside of the restaurant I was greeted by a friendly hostess who already had my prepaid receipt available to sign. I was offeredto sit at the bar while I wait for my order. I explained that I was doing a Google review and she was okay with my taking somephotos to post. The decor is very nice, the atmosphere is calming, and the guest all seemed pleased with their meals.
