"After seeing so many positive reviews and beautiful photos I was excited to try this place. It was awful. Everything about this pizza was terrible. They were both lopsided and poorly made to begin with. The dough was stretched so thin in the middle it couldn't hold the toppings. They only put toppings (and a very meager amount at that) half way up so the pizza was mostly crust. It had no flavor, the dough was cheap and hard and not soft like true neopolitan pizza. There was practically no cheese or sauce. Will absolutely never come back. It was a messy joke parading around as good pizza. WAY over priced and somehow pretentious. Don't trust these good reviews, if they were real to begin with then this place has fallen far from grace. Total ripoff."

Mushroom pizza was a little on the salty side but super tasty. Good selection of top notch beers. Love the atmosphere of the spot

We had the mushroom pizza. The mushroom pizza was very good for those seeking a non-meat option. I would definitely recommend them.

I had some reservations when the restaurant changed hands, but the pizza remains incredible, and the variety of rotating taps is outstanding. We will certainly be returning frequently!

Best pizza I?ve had in a while! Fun atmosphere, great decor. Very relaxed, staff is friendly. A little pricey, but worth it. The crust of the pizza is thinner, but has a really good flavor View menu

5 Pizzas were ordered tonight with a 45 minute wait and once we received them the ONLY pizza that was made correctly was my pepperoni. Very disappointed, first time trying as well! Do better

After apple picking in Oak Glen, we opted to skip the crowds and have lunch here. Everything was absolutely wonderful! The service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and the drinks were fantastic. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Great vibe from the second I walked in with my son to satisfy his pizza cravings. Simple menu and tailored beer and wine list means you can?t miss. I had the mushroom pizza and blew me away. My son loved his pepperoni as well. On our way out, my son was given a tour of the pizza oven by the pizzaiolo. 10/10 experience. View menu

I used to love this place. I came this Wednesday and again on Friday and both times our pizza took an hour to make. I have never waited so long for pizza in the past. The food is good still but I did have to ask for extra sauce this time as the pizza on Wednesday was too dry. I may consider ordering by phone ahead of time so we won't have to wait the hour. I hope the new owners can improve as time goes by.

I got to visit this place last Thursday (a day after finishing my mission in Utah). Kind of pricey hence the 4/5 review, but nevertheless it was a fun experience. I ate some cauliflower milk mixed up with Broccoli. Seasoned nicely ???? But yeah, recently I returned home from my mission, which kind of makes me sad because I liked preaching about Jesus 24/7, but Woodhaus helped a little with transitioning between a missionary to a regular person.

"We've been meaning to try The Haus Bistro for some time as we have heard good things about it, and we finally made it this evening. Let me just say, we were blown away! The food was absolutely AMAZING! I ordered the Jaeger Schnitzel with spaetzle and red cabbage. The mushroom/onion gravy on the pork was the best I've ever had. My husband had the flat iron steak which came with potatoes and vegetables. He too was extremely happy with his meal. For desert, we shared the Banana Nut Bread Fosters. It was absolutely bursting with flavor, especially the spiced rum flavor. The only thing my husband complained about was the fact that we only ordered one dessert to share. The restaurant looks very unassuming on the outside, but inside the decor is really nice and the restaurant is very inviting. Our server was friendly and attentive, and many of those dining seemed to be regulars that were familiar with the staff. We were fortunate to pick a night that they had a live blues band playing. The band was very good, and it really added to the atmosphere. The prices were about right for a nicer sit-down restaurant $19 for the Jaeger Schnitzel and $28 for the steak. Overall, we highly recommend The Haus Bistro, and we are already planning when we can go back again! It is by far the best restaurant we've eaten at since moving to this area.
