"I've been here multiple times now over the course of a few years, the food has been pretty inconsistent, it seems like it's gone through multiple changes. I'll get the pho combo one day and the soup would taste great and it'll be full of meat, while another day it'll taste watery and just be full of noodles. Overall the foods pretty mid tier compared to other pho spots. but it's definitely worth its pricing that's for sure.Location is great, parking on the left of the building. (safeway parking lot The fact it's open late is another plus (everywhere else is closed.. Service is friendly"

Avoid ordering through GrubHub. They delivered the completely wrong order!

Worst service ever, For being Latino, the waitress discriminated against us and treated us very badly.

I feel like the broth I got was a little bland. Usually pho has a robust beefy umami flavor and I felt like I had to add a lot of hoisin and sriracha to feel something. View menu

Ordered chicken pho for takeout. Super fast delivery and the food was still hot. Pho was nice and flavorful and the noodles were great. Broth was comforting and exactly what I needed. I'm sure it tastes even better in the restaurant. Not the best I've had but a solid contender.

Was in the mood for some late night beef chow fun and found that this was one of the only places open after midnight. While I'm really glad that they open late, unfortunately the beef chow fun was somewhat subpar, which is surprising considering the kitchen staff were all speaking cantonese. It's a place for a late night noodle craving at best

Johnny served us so well and packed my to go in front of me. I am wearing my favorite jacket and didn't want the liquids on me. Super thankful he did that. Stellar service and above and beyond. It's a little cold in here so dress in layers. Easy to do since it's sf! I got the tamarind soup pho with salmon 16.99 Hella good I'll be back and back cuz this is home . View menu

I stopped by Phở Đồng Hương for a late-night snack after a concert, and I have to admit, it was somewhat disappointing. We ordered the Beef Chow Mein, and I had mixed feelings about it. The biggest issue was that the beef and noodles tasted like they belonged in two different dishes; they just didn’t blend well together. On the bright side, I do appreciate that this restaurant stays open late, which is great for anyone looking for a meal after an event.

When it comes to the food, they deserve another star as well. I ordered the #1 combo pho, but the broth was lacking in flavor, and the meat was just okay. They only had Sriracha sauce on the table, and I prefer authentic chili sauce. On a positive note, the papaya salad was delicious! I requested it spicy, and they delivered, even though the waiter looked at me quizzically— but I appreciated the kick! The spring rolls were fresh, but the peanut sauce could have used a stronger peanut flavor. Overall, the food is decent. I would consider coming back to try some of the other soups.

"Earlier this year Salty 's was featured in one of the top 100 places to eat in the Bay Area in 2022, and after trying it a couple times, it 's easy to see why. Quality and flavor, great customer service, it checks all those boxes. I occasionally visit the 24 hour fitness on Van Ness, and Salty 's happens to be just few short blocks away which makes it perfect when I 'm looking for a post-workout sandwich. And for those that know me, I love me my sandwiches. On my latest visit, I decided to go with the 'Glorious B sandwich, which come with turkey, bacon, avocado, pepper jack, veggies, and garlic mayo. The blend of flavors and high quality of the turkey is no wonder it 's at the very top of the menu list. It 's one of those sandwiches, that you can bring to park and not need a ton of napkins to get through. It was well put together, with the ratio of all the ingredients matching well. Nothing overpowering, just sandwich perfection. The size of the sandwich I thought was the perfect size for my appetite. As I 've gotten older I can 't put down as much food as I used to, and after one-half I knew I could 've stopped eating, be content, saved the rest for later. But of course I ate the whole thing and nothing sounds better than taking a quick power nap right after. I love that their menu has so many different sandwich combinations, so definitely take time to check their menu before calling-in/walking-in to order because it 'll definitely save you some time. On my latest visit, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely towards the top of my list of sandwiches in this part of town!"
