"This was a very unique and interesting way of ordering and receiving food. It was my first time, but the hostess was very kind and helpful. She even asked the folks in the back to give me a variety of potstickers since you can't do that on the order iPads. My name appeared on the screen and I was still taking pictures of this fun place when my order was ready in one of the cubbies. I had to walk many blocks, in the intense cold, back to my hotel. I couldn't wait to dig into the baos and potstickers. They were delicious. They were akin to the great baos I've had in Hong Kong, Manila, Vancouver BC and Los Angeles Chinatown. Keep up the good work! You guys are rad!"

The staff was welcoming and very helpful. Love baos, and love wao bao. This one had a really wonderful concept of serving the order. It was like collecting a delivery from the Amazon pick up store! Service was very fast. In all a good experience

This is the best fast food restaurant, but make sure to enjoy the dumplings and potstickers while they're hot. I wouldn't recommend taking the dumplings to go. The spicy peanut sauce noodles were full of flavor, but I really wish they had been served hot.

It's an interesting concept to ordering and receiving food must visit to experience. The food is quite good. I tried the chicken and pork bao, which was decent. The terriyaki chicken bowl was also good. Food is prepared for take out, as there as not many chairs.

This place was incredibly charming and amazing! You order your food at a kiosk, and when it's ready, you'll receive a notification about which cube your meal is in. It was definitely a fun experience. The staff was very friendly as well, offering us some tips on where to visit during our stay. View menu

Unique concept with tasty food. You place your order using an automated screen and a credit card, after which your meal shows up in one of the numbered bins. If you need sauces or anything else, there's a service button to call for assistance. Customers are responsible for cleaning their own tables. However, the food is fresh and really delicious. The bin surfaces also feature light animations to keep you entertained while you wait. I had a delightful surprise during my visit tonight!
