"We have been here several times. Most of the time everything is great. This time of the seven people that ordered steak two were very under cooked. The two that were under cooked were ordered medium but came out almost rare. They did come over and tried to correct the situation by taking the steaks back to cook some more but all they managed to do was char the outside of the steak leaving the inside still rare. Service was great as was all the other food and appetizers."

Ordered the redfish and my boyfriend got the Porterhouse, both were absolutely amazing and Augustine, our waiter was knowledgeable and full of recommendations... 100% would visit again the next time we are in Amarillo.

I've always had excellent steaks that are cooked perfectly. The X- kitchen is managed very well and they are serious about serving your food to your exact specifications and expectations. Our food was delicious, we had excellent service, and enjoyed our evening.

We love this restaurant. Atmosphere is exceptional and Food is always delicious. This time our waiter was less than attentive. He didn’t engage with anybody at the table and we had to wait a long time to get our drinks refilled. We love that they take reservations and accommodate large parties. View menu

I ordered a 10 ounce sirloin with steak fries. The fries were cool to the touch and the steak was also cool/warm with no seasoning at all, my girlfriendhad the quail which was also cool/warm. Very bland dinner for 70.00 (two people). The waitress was very nice and at our table often checking on us. The service was absolutely stellar!

The food and service are incredible here but it's so loud inside I can't even hear people at my table. They need major sound dampening in this place. It takes away from the experience and if you're even slightly hearing impaired like me you won't be able to hear anything but noise. It's too bad the food and service are so good but I probably won't go back because of the noise and loudness.
