Yogi's Grill - Menu

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. They were not willing to accommodate my request, and the portions they served were the smallest I have ever seen. I would suggest trying a different restaurant instead.

This is my second visit to this location, and I was pleased once again! The food is fresh and served hot, and the staff is very friendly. The bathrooms are clean, and they even have one of those awesome soda machines with thousands of options!

I've eaten at Yogi's several times, but my last experience was disappointing. The Teriyaki sauce was burned, both in color and flavor. I called to express my frustration, but they told me they don't offer refunds or exchanges. I thought they could at least make it right, considering the mistake. I've never tried Yogi's before, but I must say I really enjoyed it! The atmosphere is incredibly inviting and makes for a relaxing dining experience. The food is delicious, and they offer a good variety of menu options without making it overwhelming. If you have any questions, there's always someone at the counter to help. Overall, the place is clean, the food is great, and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely come back again.

I've had Yogi's food multiple times, but during my last visit, the Teriyaki sauce was burnt – it was visibly blackened and tasted just as bad. I called to express my concerns and apologized for being bothersome, but I explained that the food was hardly edible. Unfortunately, they told me they couldn't offer a refund or an exchange, and they weren't able to make another dish to rectify their mistake. I was advised to email corporate, but as you might expect, I haven't received a response in over a week.

The food portions were smaller than usual. The staff member didn't inform me that I could add a salad when I requested the largest plate available, so I left still feeling hungry. Additionally, the sauce bottle was advertised at a dollar less than what I was charged. When I brought this up, he said he would have to contact corporate to address the issue. A couple of sauce packets at 50 cents each would have easily resolved it. They also charge for small cups of sauce, which seems unreasonable. This is my new favorite place. I have been to Japan and loved to get my Teriyaki Chicken Bento bowls. Couldn't find anything as good here in the states until Yogi's. The staff is the icing on the cake. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and made sure that our order was correct. The side condiments bar was perfect. It had everything there that you could want to go with your fare. This is the first time I have had plenty of ginger and wasabi to go with my California rolls. Making me crave it again just writing this review. The only thing I didn't care for was the dip that came with the Gyoza. It was flavorless. Recommend that gets looked at. Otherwise, I will be back again.

What's for dinner? If it is Japanese food, check out Yogis Grill. With 27 locations, I'm pretty sure there is one near you. I recently came here for dinner, and their food was pretty good. I tried their Chicken Katsu , their Shrimp and Veggie Tempura,and their Beef Teriyaki. In addition, they offer a wide assortment of Rolls and noodle dishes as well. I've been to thislocation before, and the food has been consistently good. No complaints whatsoever. This place is a casual restaurant, so don'texpect anything fancy, other than good food, decent prices, and good customer service. Really, what more can you want? As I approached the counter, the gentleman behind it seemed like he didn't want to be there. I ordered my food, large chicken and beef bowl, even left a tip. Order totaled $12.88. I found out I accidentally locked my door of my truck with keys stillinside. Called roadside and waited inside. After about 50min, I decided to just eat there. That's when I noticed I received allchicken. Went to counter at let someone know, they questioned why it's been almost an hour that I brought it back.
