"Not the best experience. I was picking up an order for me and co-workers who also share punch cards for their visit. Well, we placed an order for 2 separate order and handed the gentleman our punch cards. He said it was only 1 per visit. Which we are picking up 2 different orders.. the gentleman wouldn’t allow us both to receive a punch on our “punch cards”. Apparently, my co-workers need to pick up her own order, in order to receive a punch on her “loyalty punch card” due to policy.Very disappointing experience..We come to this location here at least twice a week. It’s never been an issue before.. my thought is, if it’s a “policy” it should be enforced in the beginning not after 12 visits..Better customer service or even an apology for the inconvenience would have been nice."

This place always serves fresh and delicious meals. All employees are nice, hard-working and efficient. And tables are always clean and ready to use. I love going here.

The chicken beef bowl was decent with large portions and the service was friendly. They put the food in to-go containers even for dine in, which was convenient considering the portions. The real standout was how clean everything was, including the bathroom which looked like someone had just polished the faucet!

Welp, I'll stop going here for now on. The quality and quantity has gone waaaayy down. For the price, I can go across the street to panda express and pay the same for more and better quality food. This plate i pictured does not look like it's worth the $12. It's worse in person. Shame, use to be great food. Stay away. View menu

In the realm of Asian-themed fast food, Yogis Grill meets expectations quite well. The menu features a selection of salads, stir-fried noodles, tempura, sushi rolls, and udon noodles. These options may be somewhat basic, but they offer a good variety and an excellent price-to-quality ratio. You can choose to dine in or take your meal to go. The Crazy Tuna Roll arrived in a small plastic box with a straightforward presentation. In contrast, the chicken and beef teriyaki bowl was more generous, easily enough to serve two. The service was friendly and efficient.

I enjoyed a wonderful dining experience with hot and fresh food paired with prompt service! I was greeted quickly and with a friendly smile. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with white rice and a medium drink. The food was absolutely delicious and really satisfied my cravings. The portion size was generous, and my order was neatly packed in a container. The restaurant was impeccably clean; I noticed staff immediately wiping down the beverage station right after I got my drink. That was impressive! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for tasty food in a welcoming atmosphere!

"i’ve been coming to lacuna for over two years now and this little gem is definitely one of my favorite places to be. i’m not much of a review-writer, but when i feel passionately about places (good or bad , i get inspired.as someone who leads an alcohol-free lifestyle, it is SO nice having this option to unwind and create some art, relax, or hang out with friends. i’ve truly made so many wonderful connections through lacuna that i will cherish for a lifetime!it’s also a great place to get work done. i work remote, so i spend a good majority of my week here at my second office ; the BOGO happy hour deal comes in clutch.i think it’s really great that there is a mix of events now too, not just strictly DJ’s performing 6-7 nights a week. (although i do absolutely love the nights when there’s a DJ as well ! the variety of events is great; chess tournaments, community coloring, workshops, recovery groups, massages, yoga etc. there’s been a lot of engaging activities that i enjoy attending or participating in.i feel like lacuna has become a lot stronger in both the workspace and community-front in the last year or so too. the kavatenders all have such a warm and positive energy and always make me feel special when i come in. it’s nice seeing management interacting with customers and staff more too. it’s nice overhearing the positive feedback from management to staff (or staff to staff , and hearing the conversations that the staff members have with guests. there just seems to be a lot more connection overall. lacuna is growing and glowing for sure. <3the price increase is a bit of a bummer, but in a time with inflation… what can you really do? i personally TRUST lacuna with their product and that’s what keeps me coming back. i know they put both quality and care into their products and it really reflects. it can be a pretty penny if you’re getting multiple drinks, but fancy craft cocktails at a regular bar can be the same way. plus, my points add up so quickly i get pretty frequent discounts with their reward system. it’s not the end of the world!i appreciate the subtle changes in the bar layout and decor too. even the little things keep it feeling fresh and a little new each time you come in.the *only* “negative” thing i have to say about the space is that it can be difficult to order a drink or close out a tab sometimes. there’s rushes and it gets busy, but sometimes it feels as if one staff member just isn’t enough during these times. sometimes there’s not a lot of communication about this either between staff and people trying to close out, but i’ve been coming here for awhile now so i know what to expect. if you’re in a time crunch, just give yourself a little buffer or cushion of time to get closed out (or order to go right off the bat and close out immediately .all things considered, though, 5 stars all the way around! lacuna is an ever-evolving, ever-growing spot and i’m excited to see what the future looks like for you guys! : bulaaaa!!!!"
