"I’ve been coming to young’s my whole life and whenever I come back to my hometown of Yelm, I try to stop in. The service is always very fast and pleasant. Today we ordered hot tea, teriyaki beef with tempura, and tonkatsu chicken. The tempura here is too notch, I love that it comes with a thick sauce. My beef teriyaki was perfectly balanced in flavor. This is the best teriyaki in town and for a low price and consistently low wait times. Give young’s a try! Parking: Plenty of free parking. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, high chairs available."

The bulgogi was fantastic and the grilled chicken with teriyaki glaze was delicious. Delivery service was prompt and efficient. This would be a great choice for a dinner meal, with an average price per person between $20-30. I highly recommend trying the Bulgogi and Spicy Chicken Teriyaki dishes.

We love the food from Young’s! I didn’t rate atmosphere as we take out. Whether it’s the crab Rangoon, curry,noodles, or potstickers everyone in our family has a favorite dish. As a Yelm resident, I highly recommend Youngs for a takeout lunch. I ordered chicken fried rice. Chicken was dry and the vegetables were frozen peas and carrots. If you added fresh vegetables, you could green beans, mushrooms, red pepper along with carrots and then just don’t cook the chicken so long. It would be outstanding. But as is.. it’s barely mediocre.
