"I have shopped here for 10 years. Bought 2 large bottles of Martinelli Apple juice that were rotten on 1/27/22. On opening , the juice smelled putrid and tasted like rot. Expiry was 2024 but clearly they had been stored or transported in inappropriate conditions. Manager on the phone refused to credit or refund and I was told to come back in the following am. Very bizarre but this seems a common theme given the other reviews. It is clear that the store owners are posting fake positive reviews. No accountability even when it’s demonstrated to them that they sell food or drinks that have decomposed.I came back on 1/28/22, and the staff again refused to address my concerns. Even though they had taken the both bottles back on 1/27/22, no store credit or refund was offered.Given the egregious nature of the above offenses, I regret to inform the owners and management that:1) I have flagged some of the fake positive reviews written by yourselves and your staff, and notified google of the breaches in policy.2) Have lodged a formal complaint with Martinelli.Good Luck with that!"

There is a cat inside the store. However, I can't comment on the quality or prices of the groceries.

This restaurant used to be much better. The chef doesn’t seem to pay attention, and there are a lot of flies buzzing around now. I used to really enjoy it, but it just doesn't feel the same anymore.

On a positive note, the deli guy does make some great sandwiches, but that's about it. P.S. I did receive a receipt, and it looks like you responded to my review after seeing the feedback. It seems like this issue affected you as well. View menu

This place is terrible. It's overpriced, and their sandwiches are just filled with lettuce and tomato, with a few slices of the meat you choose. It was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning. If you can, I recommend avoiding it altogether. The drinks were also warm and not refreshing at all.

Beware! Avoid unless you're specifically looking for Indian cuisine. I should have heeded the other reviews. The pricing is completely off. If something is listed at $8, they end up charging your credit card $15. The prices for deli sandwiches are also misleading; they charge $15 for sandwiches, no matter what the sign says. It’s quite concerning.

Most of the positive reviews on here are fake and written by the owners. If you believe the reviews, then everyone who shops here is named something Patel. They sell rotten food and charge incorrect amounts. If you don't ask for your receipt, and check, you just got robbed. Delivery sometimes takes an hour or more and they substitute items instead of cancelling things they are out of because they are very greedy. I used to buy overpriced yogurt in there except the last two I got were both rotten even though the date was a month away probably because they turn off the refrigerators at night to be cheap. If you want wholesome food, go to Union Market (a block away) or Whole Foods. View menu

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered delivery on grub hub from their deli (called Milly 's and EXPLICITLY wrote ALLERGY: no mustard in the order notes and it came with mustard. Usually not that big of a deal, places generally redeliver if they make a mistake, but not this place. They refused to redeliver the sandwich because it wasn 't worth the delivery person 's time to deliver one sandwich. That 's actually what they told me. (I had tipped 20% on the original order and would gladly have tipped a second delivery person--it 's not the delivery person 's fault. I will never order from this place again and you shouldn 't either, especially if you have aller...

I ordered a chicken Caesar salad, but some of the lettuce was brown and tasted unpleasant. I reached out to Grubhub, and they promptly issued me a refund. However, someone from Wholesome Foods Deli Grocery called to question my claim and accused me of trying to steal money. I explained that the lettuce was spoiled and that I had thrown the food away. He then said he would send someone to collect it. I also sent pictures of the lettuce and the meal to demonstrate that I hadn’t eaten it. The caller continued to press me about the extra items I had added, like avocado and egg. The customer service was terrible, and I won't be ordering from here again, even though it used to be one of my go-to p...
