"Handed the guy at the drive thru my card, after informing him we had two orders. My co worker had placed an order before me, and had asked for two extra sauces. Instead of swiping my card for my meal, he charged me for the two sauces.. and after I asked him to refund me for the sauces, he acted like he didn't hear me. He then swipes my card, and I asked him again if he would refund me for the sauce he had charged me for that I didn't order. Still no response. He then hands me back my card with two more sauces (that I again didn't order), so I took my meal and left. Not sure what these guys are smoking in the drive thru, but it must be some good stuff! Bunch of idiots.."

Each time I visit this restaurant, my order is incorrect. They definitely need to reassess their staff. Given how much I spend to feed my family at a fast food establishment, I expect to receive better service! View menu

I really love the new salad! However, I tried to place my order using a card, but it didn't go through. So, I ended up calling in my order. When I arrived, it took longer than usual to get my order. When I got home, I discovered that some items were missing from the order, so I had to call to report it. I spoke with the manager and they offered to correct only the missing items.

Let's start with the positive, the coleslaw is very good. They also serve flavored sparkling water. Now to the down side....I called ahead of time asking if the chicken was cooked to order? The gal on the phone had no clue what that meant. I explained, when someone places and order, is the chicken cooked then or ahead of time? She stated it was cooked upon order.......well no it isn't. When I make the decision to go out to eat, I have standards when it comes to my food. I will not eat food that's been sitting under a heat lamp for God only knows how long. To cut this short, I won't go back. The chicken meal was NOT WORTH $9. I should have known better.
