"This is a great place to eat, and the food they offer is quite good. The fries are well-seasoned, and the chicken is perfectly crispy. One downside I noticed was that there were some people loitering around the area doing strange things, but overall, the atmosphere in the restaurant is decent—not too bad. The restrooms are clean, and the seats are comfortable. The drink machine has a wide variety of options, and you can easily pour yourself some lemonade with just a few button presses. The prices are reasonable; a large box of fries costs around $3 to $4. The restaurant itself is in excellent condition, and I’ve never spotted any stains on the furniture. One thing I dislike is that to enter the restaurant, you need to navigate through a line of cars if there are people waiting to place their orders from their vehicles, so be sure to keep an eye on your kids before going inside."

The salads are fantastic, and you can't go wrong with the chicken. The wings are also delicious!

Shrinkflation hit zaxbys. I've never felt so disrespected seeing the size of the Chicken fingers in my big zax snack meal.

Some of the counter personal shouldn't be at that spot. Don't even greet you or look at you. Other than that everything else was good. View menu

Ordered 3 different items that are supposed to come with sauces...not a single sauce in the bag, and I didn't notice until I got home.

Husband found not 1 but 2 long hairs in his food! YUCK! And when ordering there were staff arguing loudly amongst eachother, also the fries were not cooked well enough.

This Zaxby's is awesome and has a caring staff! We visit monthly when we go see our son and Patrick always remembers us! His attitude and his employees attitudes always make the experience great! View menu

I went here on 10/26 and I went back on 10/27 to see if I still felt the same way and I do. The staff is amazing and polite. The food was very hot and fresh. This is the best Zaxby's that I have ever went too.

The staff automatically assumes you want smaller portions, fries, and drinks without asking. When I asked to change my order, the manager informed me that it couldn't be done and suggested I request larger sizes next time, even though he was trying to provide the larger items at no extra charge. I don’t understand why they don’t train their staff to inquire about portion sizes instead of directing customers on what to choose, as that seems counterproductive. This experience left me very disappointed!

"This place has really gone downhill! I used to have breakfast here once a week and at first the food was fairly consistent (I always order the same thing). The last few times I went, which was over the course of several months, the food was AWFUL! I ordered a cinnamon roll that was served still frozen in the center. Customizations we 're ignored. Eggs were raw.. there were issues like these at every visit. But the very last time I visited, every single thing my party ordered was awful. One guest with a dairy allergy was served a dish smothered in sour cream (of course, they ordered it to be dairy free). Before it was even placed on the table, the food runner was made aware that it was made wrong, they apologized, and said they 'd remake it correctly. Several minutes later, they brought out the EXACT same plate of food except most of the sour cream had been scraped off, and from sitting in the back it was now cold. I was appalled! To add insult to injury, another person in the party had ordered a jalapeño cornbread that came out burnt to a crisp. This time, we told the server that it was exceptionally over cooked, which he agreed with, apologized, and said he 'd bring a less well done one . Same scenario this time..a few minutes later, the exact same, burnt to a crisp jalapeño cornbread was reserved to our table. At this point we sent back both dishes and asked to have them removed from the check. Initially the server said they would only to return a moment later saying the manager wouldn 't remove the dishes! The compromise was that we could choose 1 dish off the menu for them to prepare as a to go meal at no additional charge. We stated we just wanted the cost of the inedible food removed, but they firmly refused. When all was said and done, the $25 for food we never even touched remained on our bill. I will never be back!"
