Zaxby's - Menu

Everytime I get a side of wimpy sauce the container is not even filled half way. I?ve had problems with my order everytime I come in there!

We really enjoy Zaxby's overall, but the chicken fingers have started to seem more like oversized chicken nuggets. They're just not as appealing as they used to be.

We waited here for almost 30 minutes for our food to not be correct once we were served. They were missing my youngest son's whole meal. They barely gave any sauce. They were messing up a lot of orders.

The food was good but it was cold. The thing that made me mad was I upgraded my drinks to a bigger size and ended up with 3 gulps worth of soda. It wasn't anywhere near full and it had WAYYYYY TOO MUCH ICE!!!!!

This restaurant has consistently declined since it opened. They've removed some of their best-selling items from the menu. I used to love their shakes and visited frequently for them, but now they've taken them off the menu. The blackened blue salad is also no longer available. This experience has really dampened my enthusiasm for Zaxby's. My family and I won't be returning again. View menu

As someone who works in the food industry, I understand how busy things can get. However, the worst part of my experience was when I called to report the issues. The first time, I was placed on hold for seven minutes. When I called back to speak with the manager, I overheard her tell an employee that she wasn't taking any calls before hanging up on me. I tried calling back several times, but no one answered. I plan to return to this location tomorrow to request a refund for the unsatisfactory meals I received tonight.

I was quite disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered my food through the app, which I found frustrating and glitchy. I realized I had forgotten to add something to my order, but the app wouldn’t let me modify it or place a new order. So, when I went inside to pick up my food, I still had to order that item separately. The portion sizes for the shareable dishes have noticeably shrunk; they’re hardly shareable anymore. I was also let down by the scarcity of sauce—there’s no longer marinara for the cheese bites, and for the fried pickles, they provided tiny ramekins of ranch that barely covered the bottom. Their food is usually pretty good. Service has always been slow, but they are always busy which is good for the corporate franchise. Waiting on carry out food that was preordered via the app for a total of about 45-minutes, receiving cold food, and driving home 30 more minutes to eat cold food with food missing is thievery. While I realize how busy this restaurant is after years of being their customer as well as how they are adapting to the stress of the pandemic and lack of people who actually want to work, I cannot not give them a great review.
