Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I've been back at many Zaxbys (also at zaxbys a few years) and I'll tell you what, this is pretty rough. That I am most disturbed are the constantly burned offers

My daughter and I had lunch here both of us had the wing and tender meal. The wings were fresh as well as the fries. The service was fast and friendly. I'm right down the street so I'm sure I will be a repeated customer.

I understand it's fast food and not a Michelin star restaurant. But this is the third one that goes through the drive-tru, and the wrong order to get missing items. Someone should definitely check the commands before it is sent out. Food: 4/5 View menu

It was so busy about the time I went, but Kammi (which was in the register) was great! She didn't look overwhelmed and still managed to be very sweet when giving orders! One of the most pleasant experiences I had in a fast food restaurant in the awhile.

I just got a 10 pieces of chicken wings to go and when I got to my house there were only 8 piece of wings. They messed up the dressing of my salad as well.Not to mention it took them more then 10 minutes to answer the Intercom on the drive through. They should get no stars for no good service.

I will never come back to this pos again. Wasted my lunch waiting on line for like 4 cats unfunny of me. So sick of people playing around not don't their damn jobs. They're is no reason you can't get it done in a reasonable time. You only sell one damn thing chicken. They're isn't a hundred different items. View menu

Typical Zaxby's location. Clean and the people were very friendly. They were super busy with drive through and delivery orders, I can't believe how many people were getting Zaxby's it looked like the Wha ger drive through. Went inside to eat which was nice because not many people inside at all so it was a good place to talk and enjoy a quick meal with friends. Got the wings and things which, although not healthy, was something to enjoy during conversation.

Of course, we arrived 15 minutes before closing so that you take into account. No problems with just boneless wings, but they were rubbery in chewiness and hatch warm best. The chicken strips looked like strips of a chicken tong, they were Narley. Fries, drink, toast, go well. The service was great; usually close I experienced hurly service, but these people were nice, cheerful and smiling through! I would go back during the day to see how the menu differs.

First time ever at Zaxby’s and will be the last time. Went through at 8pm on a Monday night. Line was three cars deep. I paid a cashier in the line near where I ordered and ordered a sandwich, a five piece meal, and a side of cheddar bites. When I got to the window (after 30 minutes…. , they wanted me to pay again and I had to speak to a manager. When that was finally resolved, I ended up with the wrong sandwich, a three piece meal, and everything was cold…. I won’t be coming back. View menu
