"The restaurant was reasonably clean, although there were some dirty tables, and I didn't see anyone come by to clean in the 40 minutes I was there. The food was enjoyable; I ordered the 12-inch Monster Meatball sub (which included marinara, provolone, meatball, pepperoni, bacon, and sausage) along with a small drink. The total came to $16.40, with the sub priced at $12.99. I found it a bit expensive for what I received, although the taste was good. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The cashier, a bald man wearing glasses, seemed quite unhappy and as if he didn’t want to be there. The location is somewhat hidden in the back corner of a shopping plaza. I’m not sure if I’ll return."

Ice was crushed perfectly. Service was really fast, and the staff were friendly. However, the lettuce was not very fresh and the sub was quite greasy and messy. When I unwrapped it, it was soggy, almost as if it had been soaked in water. Not very appetizing.

Employees randomly close early... Especially on Sundays! And when they are open, they seemed to be disgruntled and are overall unprofessional rude. I have no idea why I keep coming here But no more. I'm done. Hopefully other locations will prove to bebetter??

The staff tends to close early without any warning, especially on Sundays. When they are open, they often appear unhappy and unprofessional, which is quite rude. I’m not sure why I kept coming back, but I’ve had enough. I hope other locations provide a better experience!

I don't normally write reviews when places are bad. But the grinder I had from here the other day. Was hands down the worst Zero's sub I have ever had. The lettuce was old and wilted. The tomatoes were old and soggy. The sandwich was burnt includingthe lettuce. The customer service and wait time were good though. View menu

That guy just sucks as a person ...just makes me want to eat elsewhere next time and yes I even tipped and dude wasstill rude ..won't tip again if he there or buy anything.

We love Zero's and have been fans since we moved here in the 90s. Our favorite sandwich has always been the grinder, as shown in my picture. However, I'm giving only 2 stars because, despite requesting Zero's sauce and "all the way", there was no sauce at all, and there was also no oil or vinegar. This isn't the first time we've been let down at this location, and I think it will be our last visit. I'm eagerly waiting for the Cedar Rd location to open and hope for a better experience there.

I gave this place one star just to leave a review. First of all, take a look at the photo. Does that even look like chicken? It resembles a messy pile of slop on bread that should have been thrown away, with soggy tomatoes to top it off. When I tried to speak with the manager, it was frustrating because she kept talking over me. I love Zeros, but I’ll never return to this location. The food and service are both disappointing. I’d much rather go to the Zeros in College Park or Victory Crossing. View menu

We love Zero's. Have since living here back in the 90s. Our go to sandwich has always been the grinder, all the way. Which is what you seen in my picture. The reason for the 2 stars only is because despite asking for Zero's sauce and all the way, notonly wasnt there any Zero's sauce but no oil or vinegar. This isn't the first time we've been left disappointed in this locationbut I think it's the last time we'll go there. I'm impatiently waiting for the Cedar Rd location to open. I'm hoping for betterluck there.

I've been eating Zero's subs since I was a teen, trust and believe that was many many years ago. I've never been disappointed with their food or service, no matter the location. Today I went to the Greenbrier location which had a lunch special. A halfsub of your choice, chips or fries and a drink all for $7.02. Now that's a bargain. Again , not one complaint, oh my bad , Idid have one the person who helped me was a Commander fan( I know I hit a nerve if you're a Redskin fan) but you'll get over it.Zero's always does me right. Peace, I'm out.

"If I could give this place a 1.5 rating, I would. It was Thanksgiving and we had reservations. We are a party of 5 and were seated in a corner booth clearly too small for all of us. I asked the hostess if we could move but she said “no, there are other reservations and this is all we have.” Meanwhile, there are plenty of other tables open. After asking 2 more times, we were moved to a larger booth and made to feel uncomfortable with the body language. Oh yes and we were also told that there were on 2 thanksgiving dinners left. Our server was clearly way too busy with other tables. He checked in and took our order, but the attention could have been more. Especially since there were 5 of us. Very frustrating. We ordered some mussels for appetizer. The mussels were not cooked fully and many of them were not open and very slimy/raw still. My 13 year old son deeply cut his finger trying to open one of them and had to excuse himself to the bathroom to clean the blood off his hands and clean his shirt. Not necessarily a great start to dinner. The mussels were sent back and after waiting 45 minutes, they were prepared properly. We all ordered our food, including my order of the 40 ounce ribeye. The ribeye was very chewy and not necessarily tasteful either. The side dishes were cold and we rarely saw our waiter to complain. By then, we wanted to just eat and get out of there. I didn’t want to cause a scene in front of my family especially on thanksgiving. When our check came, an automatic 20% tip was added. This was a very expensive meal for 5 people and I feel as if I could have gotten a lot better somewhere else. Very disappointed all around. This place is overpriced and overrated."
