"I would not recommend Monsoon Bistro for Pho. I am a huge fan of Vietnamese cuisine, especially Pho, and I wish I could eat it every day. Since moving from Houston, where there are authentic Vietnamese restaurants on every corner, to Fenton, which is unfortunately 25 minutes away from South Grand, I have been searching for a great Pho restaurant nearby. Unfortunately, Monsoon Bistro did not live up to my expectations. The Pho was not very large, too salty, and lacking in aroma. The rice noodles always seemed overcooked. However, I will say that their bahn mi is good. That's about it. On a positive note, my father, who is not adventurous with food, found a dish he enjoys here. So, while I may not go to Monsoon Bistro for Pho, I am satisfied with their rolls and spring rolls."
