"I visited this restaurant with my elderly mother, who is very particular about her food. I was swayed by the great Yelp reviews and we were not disappointed. El Dorado was fantastic! The chips and salsa were a standout, with the chips being freshly fried and the salsa, while deemed "too spicy" by my mom (who thinks anything other than ketchup is spicy), was actually quite mild and freshly made. I ordered her two street tacos, one carnitas and one al pastor, with a side of beans. She preferred the al pastor, but honestly, I couldn't tell them apart. She also loved the beans, which she is quite particular about. She enjoyed the meal so much that she took the leftovers home, which is rare for her. I had the flautas plate, which was also delicious with hand-rolled flautas served with rice and beans. I was in heaven! I am now eager to spread the word about El Dorado, although part of me hopes to keep it a hidden gem for future visits."
