"We've had a few positive experiences here in the past, but tonight was terrible. The waitress, to her credit, was attentive, but the food was extremely disappointing. My daughter ordered a chicken Caesar wrap that didn't have any Caesar dressing at all. My husband ordered an Italian beef sandwich, but what he received was nothing like an Italian beef. When he mentioned this to the waitress, she checked with the cook, who insisted that it was indeed an Italian beef. However, an Italian beef should have shredded beef, not thick chunks of meat. It was honestly unappetizing, and to make matters worse, the sandwich was missing cheese and giardinara. We’ve enjoyed their Italian beef in the past, but it seems like they've changed something for the worse. As for the lobster roll, I wouldn't order it again, but to be fair, I’ve never had a lobster roll before, so I can’t really judge it. Perhaps it’s just an acquired taste? The most frustrating part was that the menu prices didn’t match the bill, which is beyond infuriating!"
