"This is a cute breakfast and lunch place in a building across from a new condo complex on 192nd Ave. They have a couple bench seats and most tables have the same, hard, uncomfortable, metal chairs so many spots are using. We were seated immediately at the bench seat. It sinks...a lot. We joked it was like being at the kids table. That said, they were definately more comfortable than thos metal, toy chairs. There are fake cacti and fern like plants, large planks of sound dampening material hanging from the ceiling and one twisty plant near entry that has a taped sign stating it is real...please don't touch. We ordered huevos rancheros and taquillas. The rancheros were ordered with fake egg, as I am lucky to have developed a late life allergy. The meals were brought out within five minutes. However, mine clearly had real, sunnyside up eggs. I politely stated the eggs looked real. The waitress said there was vegan sausage on the plate. My entree doesn't come with sausage. I reiterated I will return my meal promptly, all over the table, if I eat egg. Fake egg is needed. She took my meal back and someone else, I presume, the manager...came out and appologized...repeating they will bring it out again. They did bring one out with the fake, scrambled shortly and I was happy they tasted good. Black beans were piled on the tostada under it. Grilled potatoe pieces were on the bottom layer. The other dish appeared to be enchilada sauce covered nacho chips with black beans, eggs and pulled chicken. Both dishes came out mild but hot sauce is provided at the table. I used a bit of that and it was good. I don't know of anywhere else around I can get fake eggs so this place is a def return for me.The drip coffee is also the best I have found anywhere. The oj was unfortunately offbrand concentrate.Overall, a def place to return. Great place if you want vegan eggs and sausage."

"From start to finish, this was the perfect to-go breakfast experience. My family was hungry and all of us were craving breakfast sandwiches. We hadn't yet heard of this place, but used the Googles through the series of tubes to see if there was a place on this side of the river near enough that had them, and found Cedar Steet Bagel Co., not too far away. My partner decided to call our order ahead, and I was sitting close enough that I could hear both sides of the call. The woman who answered was very friendly, read back our order, and left us feeling we definitely made the right decision by the time the call was over. This was BEFORE getting the food. Then my daughter and her drove over, said the place was small, cute, and clean, and even had cool merchandise. They picked me up a really great quality branded mug as a gift for staying home to watch our kittens. Now for the food. The bagels were that perfect combination of soft and chewy. I got The Mighty on an asiago bagel with ham, plus avocado spread. Delicious doesn't even touch it. The best breakfast sandwich I've had, by far. The ham seemed to be of good quality, and there was more of it than I expected. The avocado spread was real avocado and was a perfect addition. They also surprised me with a cherry, cream cheese danish, which was flaky and excellent. The food was still hot when they got home, and they ordered additional bagels so we can enjoy them in the coming days. Couldn't ask for more."
