"The ambiance was great! Very pleased with it right when we walked in. We placed our drink order and then a few minutes later placed our appetizer order. Two friends received their drinks that had to be made, an old fashioned and a sazerac, right away, but when our appetizers arrived, I was still waiting for my wine to be served. The pretzel cheese and gouda dip were great, but the parmesan fries were pretty standard. I ordered the gnocchi, and while the flavor was spot on, I was disappointed with the portion, especially considering the price. One friend got the burger and said it was nothing to write home about, but another friend really enjoyed the fish sandwich, and another said the roasted chicken was great. We were comped a dessert for the wine mishap, so we really appreciated that. Both the creme brulee and peanut butter mousse were delicious. While I think there is room for improvement, I think Sonder is headed in the right direction and I would go back."
