I took it to the cash register, and when I went to pump my gas, the attendant said it was $10 for the pump. He was eager to help as well. I’m so grateful for the kindness of strangers. "Big Herb has noticed this place being fairly busy on his Sunday travels through Kennett. So today the wife and I decided to see what the fuss was all about. We weren't disappointed. We were greeted immediately upon entering with smiles. We found our table and began conversation with our server Amber. It was glorious from the start. Amber took our drink order, brought us menus and silverware. We looked over the menu while the drinks arrived. The wife chose the chicken tenders and fries. I had the 3 piece catfish plate. I chose okra and side salad with ranch for my 2 sides. Her plate came with hush puppies but she put them on my plate. The food came quick! The environment was laid back. Very clean. All the staff was cool. Amber's service was strong throughout the experience. Big Herb strongly recommends this place if you're hungry and want a quality meal at a value. Solid gold! We will be back again to explore the menu further."

"We had a hefty order. 14 Chipotle grilled chicken ranch burritos, a chicken chalupa meal, and a quesadilla. They were so polite and really quick. Very nice job for the most part. Unfortunately, they were out of sour cream, so the Chalupas were a bit dry. The thing that lost a star.... They put everything, 18 items, in just three bags. I could not find the one normal taco because it was at the very bottom. Please pay a little more attention when bagging. "I went and placed a big order for breakfast, and was sitting there patiently waiting for my food, I knew it was gonna take some time, well they started talking crap In the kitchen, calling us stupid and telling us that we had no choice but to wait, and that we shouldn't have ordered all this food, that we were fatass people, and stupid for not placing it on mobile app, other customers waiting to order overheard how they were talking about us, so they left, well when we finally got our bag we left and didn't check it, git home and went to passing food to family and half our order was missing, called em n no answer, went up there with all the bags and she said that that was all we ordered even tho the tag on the bag and the receipt said different, didn't make it right, didn't do anything about it just said take what u have and don't complain, will not go back"

"The food was everything I could have wished for after a long day of work! I got the Pig Cup and it was perfect! The waitresses were friendly and knowledgeable and the chef even came in to check on our experience! Definitely try the Pig Cup ½lb of bbq, baked beans, topped off with crunchy slaw! Staggeringly low prices for the quality of food, service, and ambiance. Also, the bathrooms were pristine! Hands down the best BBQ spot in the Bootheel."

"The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, creating a lovely atmosphere. However, I believe the restaurant needs to improve its pizza offerings. We dined in and ordered the cheeseburger pizza, which had hardly any cheese on it. Although the flavor was good and everything tasted fresh, the portion sizes relative to the prices were disappointing. I also tried a house salad, and I felt the same way about it; the price was too steep for such a small portion. While the food isn't bad overall, there is definitely room for enhancement in both quality and portion sizes. I did notice two larger to-go salads being prepared while I was ordering, and they appeared much more generous. I may return to try something else from the menu, but I wouldn't want to spend over $20 on a pizza here. It's unfortunate because I had high expectations, especially since Kennett doesn't have many good pizza or Italian dining options."

"We used the drive thru. The young man who waited on us was very pleasant. He noticed our dog was with and offered a pup cup. My dog loved it. Oh, and we loved our food also. "Will never go back to this place. My one year old daughter loved their rice and she is a little messy as she is only a one year old. When she makes a mess we always pick most of it up for them and usually leave a decent tip for their troubles, we are there once a week most of the time twice a week. We were getting ready to leave, was going to clean up most of our mess beforehand. We were talking to someone we knew in the restaurant and the manager comes to me and my wife, rudely tapped on our shoulders while we were talking to another party that we knew and told us not to give her rice anymore that it was too much work for them to clean up. Will never return, the service was absolutely horrible and such rude, unacceptable behavior from their manager."

"Have been going to Percy's for years, since it was only $1 for a cheese slice... which was until the pandemic. It always had amazing pizza... not the 99¢ $1 junk slices elsewhere. The quality continues. Percy's makes an excellent classic New York slice with the right crispy crust and great cheese. Now, the price has just inched up from $2 to $3. (My wish they return to the great deal of $2, but it's unlikely because they painted the price on the awning. If you want a topping it's only an extra buck, but my preference is keeping to the basic cheese! If you're in the neighborhood, definitely check Percy's out."

"I arrived at the restaurant and found no one at the counter to take my order. Many people were waiting, and there was complete silence. As I was about to leave, the drive-thru employee finally asked if we needed assistance. She called someone from the front to take our orders. I tried their breakfast burrito, which was disappointing as it contained hardly any meat. To make matters worse, they didn’t have any tea available, explaining that their machine had been broken for months. The drink fountain was confusing too, with several blank buttons that left you unsure of what you might receive. Additionally, it seemed like every table had something messy on it."

"There is never anyone else in here when we come. They may not know it's open because it's always very dark at night, so I've wondered that myself. But the food is always good and the employees are always friendly. "I had a mobile order I put on there no ketchup I got my food there was ketchup on it I went inside and had them remake it they once again put ketchup on it.. long story short I had to have my food remade four times because they kept putting ketchup on it… when I said no ketchup each time clearly and on top of that the service was not good at all…"
