"Nice, friendly café with delicious food! We went in and the place was packed, and we knew we had come for lunch while visiting Kingsport. We waited a few minutes to sit and got one of the last open tables available. When we sat down there was a line out of the door and after dinner here I know why!! The whole food from the kitchen looked amazing, it was hard to decide what to order. I decided to try Connie's sandwich, which has a green apple slice on it. The apple gave him a small sweet and delicate taste that complicated the other ingredients. Broccoli Cheddar soup was delicious and so the spinach was tomato quiche."

"This place found on Uber Eats and it definitely has not disappointed! Had the Cowboy Potato, Pimento and Tomato Sand, which (so that can never go wrong) and the Siracha Bourbon WINGS!!! The food was hot and delish on arrival and I said WINGS?! Boy, oh boy, they were amazing! With sauce with the perfect amount of heat and sweet! I've read the reviews about the good service in the house and I'm sorry I had to do without it, but glad I ordered while I wait to be loaded at the sender! If you have the opportunity to come by or order, I highly recommend this place!"

"This is a wonderful place to enjoy a tasty meal. The food was delicious, but what really stood out was our server, Christopher. He was outstanding in recommending the daily specials and was very attentive. He refilled our drinks without us having to ask and ensured our food was served at the right times. "I recently discovered this place existed and I’ve ordered from here 3 times in the past two weeks- 2 online orders and one sit in! I get the southwestern bbq chicken salad and tonight I decided to get a personal pizza! The service is fantastic and they are very friendly. They have not once forgotten anything in my to go order or made a mistake and added something I requested off. They are fast making the food. Every time I place an order it says 30 minutes, and by the time I get there- 15 minute drive, it’s done! I recommend this place to anyone! Thank you to every single person who works here!!"

"I decided to visit this restaurant after reading so many positive reviews and seeing recommendations on Facebook. First and foremost, the server was pleasant and efficient. He arrived promptly at the table, and I quickly received chips and salsa. My order was likewise delivered on time, and he followed up with me. The chicken fajita burrito, on the other hand, was NASTY! I'm not sure what kind of meat was in it, but it didn't taste like chicken and had a strange texture, plus the coloring was greyish. It was also very salty. I attempted to give it a shot, but it was disgusting!Everyone who thinks this place compares to Southwest Mexican food is mistaken! It's terrible and pales in comparison to the amazing Mexican cuisine I have had. It was a complete waste of money!"

"*Very fresh and good food! *Expensive *You are charged extra if you ask for light or no ice in your drinks (but this is clearly stated on the menu) *Our waitress was very unfriendly to us. Our table was a low maintenance, quiet table. We asked for one of the waters that was not brought to us (that we ordered) and asked for extra napkins and both times we were treated as we were a major inconvenience. We watched others come in and get treated the same way. *Overall, I would definitely recommend the food and it could have just been one of the waitresses or maybe just a bad/hard day for that individual."

"I had the worst dining experience I've ever had in Tennessee, largely due to the unfriendly waiter. He was rude on multiple occasions and even walked away while I was trying to place my order, leaving me unable to finish. I regret to say that I lost my temper at that point—I've never yelled at a server before, but he really pushed my buttons. There were many other issues as well, but the food was almost as disappointing. I was ordering for a child, and when the food arrived, it came with a salad all over the plate of French toast. Naturally, this did not go over well. This detail wasn't mentioned on the menu, and the waiter must have known how it would look. I'm still quite frustrated—between the bad food and the poor service, it was a letdown. That said, I will give credit where it’s due: the steak bruschetta and salmon that my son ordered were perfectly cooked."

"Bagel Exchange... where have you been all my life? I don't know how you can toast a bagel and still have it this soft and delicious. I'm pretty sure Gandalf donated the recipes for this restaurant. My boys and I have tried breakfast and lunch here, as well as the muffins. Nothing has disappointed. The sausage, egg white, and cheese on French toast bagel should be in a breakfast foods museum somewhere, if it's not already. Oh yeah, the staff is super friendly too. They already know us by face and name."

"During our visit from out of town, we decided to celebrate my daughter's birthday at Sushi Ramen, and we’re so glad we did! Our server, Ali P., was fantastic—she had a cheerful attitude, extensive menu knowledge, and was very attentive. The food was excellent and beautifully prepared, with generous portion sizes for the prices. Although we dined in, we noticed how popular the place was with all the takeout orders they were handling. "My order was wrong. For the second time. I literally caught one worker by the grill making an expression of exasperation while I ordered. I literally mouthed “I’m sorry.” bc she made me feel like my $30 order was so overwhelming . Then the order I received was a mix of mess up and trash. The burger patties were so salty. I’m missing the chili dog. And no peachie Sprite. Just reg. I know they are children with their first job but it’s not too early to learn professionalism and accuracy."

"I typically order the #13 giant sized and the people behind the counter have always done me right on the first try. Even when i have half the sandwich made one way and the other another way..ive ate at places where the employee has an attitude about odd requests but ive yet to experience that here..the place is always clean when i go there and the food is great although a little pricey imho. "Super excited to share my experience! From the time we walked in the door we were greeted with smiling faces and energetic vibes. The girl working the front told us we could actually sit anywhere we liked ! From that time as we walked through the very clean restaurant we began our search for the perfect table for our dining experience. Not long after we found the perfect spot for our bottoms we were asked about our drinks as Molly introduced herself and gave us menus. From that time we began to browse the extensive yet simple menu. Not long after we decided, BOOM Molly was right back with our drinks and asked if we had any questions about the menu. We ordered our food and from that point we went into a food uforia. The only reason for my 5 star review is because there is not 6!"

"I really wanted to give this place a shot but I’ve been in twice and have not been served. One person taking orders and making food does not work with multiple customers in line. I guess I’ll have to try the original location that I hear is better. Not that poor guys fault trying to take orders and turn out dogs by himself, I blame the managers and ownership. "I heard of Pals from my relatives in Tennessee. When I went to visit them, we hit up Pals quite a bit. They are all over the place in Tennessee! So, I had quite a few different selections during my stay. First thing I gotta say is, they have great sweet tea, shakes and other beverages. The food is okay, but what makes it great is how fast it is served to you from the time when you order it! I think the various selections offered and the very fast service makes for a pretty good experience!"

"Last night, we had the pleasure of dining at this delightful BBQ restaurant. We are visiting from Utah and our son-in-law insisted that this was the place to go. We had pizza on our first night because they are closed on Sundays and Mondays. It was definitely worth the wait! The building itself has a vintage and welcoming charm. We had to stop at the restroom with the kids, and even though we arrived an hour before closing, it was freshly cleaned. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. You can order catering style, either by quantity, number of people, or at the table. Brian, Phil's nephew, assisted us and was very accommodating to our large group. We ordered the brisket, pulled pork, and ribs with sauce and dry rub, along with coleslaw, potato salad, beans, and Mac 'n' cheese (definitely order a large portion, as it was devoured). The sauces were amazing and still make my mouth water just thinking about them. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth the drive!"

"There is a rule I have. If there is a place with a lot of pickup trucks in the parking lot at noon, go there. Located just up the road from Eastman Chemical plant, it's your basic quick burger/ dog/ salad, etc joint. Small room with 11 tables and 6 stools at a counter. Daughter and I both went with the Sloopy (made to order cheeseburger (8 oz. vs. the regular 5 oz. and it was truly outstanding. Saw someone with a chili dog with more ground beef in the chili that liquid. I nearly changed my order on that sight alone. Onion rings were darn near perfect. Want fish tacos? They have them. Burritos and quesadillas. Yes. They also have a 2 lb burger challenge. 8 oz. Burger was plenty."

"I absolutely, completely, hands down LOVE Italian Village Pizza and their crew. No matter if I just get a slice or a whole pie, it's always been perfect. I recommend their sandwiches also. My personal fave is the Cheese Steak (meat, extra cheese/extra onions hold the pizza sauce, side of oil to go) Hot Ham and Cheese is a close second. They have a wide variety of salads and homemade entrees, think scratch made meatballs, sauces, lasagna etc. I'm actually having them for lunch today now. If you want phenomenal pizza, service, and a full belly, go see Enzo Monno and his crew at Italian Village. You won't be disappointed."
