"Bad service, it was booked in advance for a birthday, it was not received like other restaurants, it was never mentioned that it was a special occasion (birthday), not even in the dessert, and the piece of meat like it was in Water thawed, tasteless, uncooked and hard, I don't think we will be back, this is the third time we go and it was very bad, I don't recommend it"

"Too loud for me. Get out of special drinks before the Happy Hour was over. Margarita tasted the way shoe polish smells. I ordered a Caesar salad and they didn't have to make all the ingredients, but wanted a full price for what they brought out. My friend ordered a steak and said it was the worst steak he ever tasted. We ordered the sweet potato cake that was delicious, but again they didn't have the marshmallows that go upstairs. I finally had it and asked for a discount on the food. We received only 10%, which we received anyway for a military discount. Marie's Diner down the street is a better option to over half the cost!"

"table next to kitchen. very loud. fish and chips had overfished fish, hard. fries were cold and soggy. daughter san dabs were salty and full of bones. paralysed eating. that used to be a good place to eat. now hurried and crooked. will not be back soon."

"I had been searching for an authentic Italian meal since having to move back here from Italy in 2015. I looked for awhile. I had eaten everywhere else around the area that said they were authentic Italian that simply weren’t even close. That is until I moved down the street from Tiramisu. Owner is a very friendly, dedicated, boisterous, welcoming , and just seemed to love his restaurant, his customers, his employees and most important of all.....the quality of his dishes that were being served. I have been a regular for a little over a year now and will continue going. Let’s all hope this gem survives our.....lockdown? Grounding? Punishment? Whatever this nonsense drags out longer then it should’ve......SMH..... Fact is, you need to eat here. Period."

"I’ve been eating here for a long while and my favorite chile rellenos are from here. I don’t know what voodoo the cooks in the kitchen are using, but they are phenomenal. Recently went with my mother and her boyfriend during late lunch hours and it was quite pleasant. There were only two other tables occupied so if you’re looking for a quieter experience, go after 2 pm and before dinner."

"The lunch special includes a fantastic soup and salad, so keep that in mind when choosing appetizers. The satay, featuring curry, was exceptionally tasty and served piping hot. The warm peanut sauce added a nice touch. While the fresh rolls were decent, they didn't come with the same peanut sauce as the satay, which was a bit disappointing. I ended up using the satay sauce, which was really good. For the main course, I opted for the spicy noodle (drunken noodle) special, and it was quite delightful. I'd rate it a 4.7 (would have liked bell peppers, and the portion was relatively small). I requested a spice level of 8, and they absolutely nailed it. This is impressive because often, when you ask for an 8, it turns out more like a 4. However, this place got the spice level perfect."

"To start off with, we had reservations for and arrived about There was no line, but we were told we have to rage until to be seated outside. And was about before we finally got a seat. Then we were given a waiter who was having an off night. Our soup and salad were not delivered before the meal as we had requested. The salad and soup are both wrong. But then we were assigned a new waiter named Andre who was super. The food was good. Having a heater outside would have been a nice touch as it was chilly. I felt like we were penalized for wanting to sit outdoors. We are still not comfortable dining indoors due to COVID. Even the waiter initially was not told we were sitting out there so it was a while before we received drinks, chips, etc.We had called ahead to verify that there were doing outdoor seating and so since it was offered it seemed reasonable that we should be treated just as any other customer. Andre did save the day as did our busser with making sure our drinks were refilled and food to our liking"

"Considering the current situation caused by the restaurant has taken all the precautions to ensure the safety of the customers and employees. Some of had hamburger, they were satisfied, some of us had chicken wings , nothing to write home about.They could have added some flavour or sauce to the wings. There was sauce on the side which had no flavour.The brazed pork was burned.However the employees were very polite and pleasant"

"We hosted a birthday party for 14 people, and our experience was fantastic. The hostess was friendly and seated us promptly upon our arrival. Our waitress was outstanding, which is something I don’t always encounter despite dining out frequently. Additionally, the food was delicious and served hot for all 14 of us at the same time. The only thing I wish for is the option for large groups to sit at one long table upon request. Overall, we received great service and enjoyed excellent food."

"Made reservation for a birthday dinner but you'll probably have to remind the waiter because if wasnt passed on...Very slight better than other fish chain restaurant but surprised when got bread with the very small garden salad (maybe we got bottom of bowl! but was told if wanted bread with meal it was an extra charge!!! The chocolate mousse was the best I've had and enjoyed the cocnut crusted tilapia...very good but the bake potato was terrible not fluffy at all. Other fish ok and shrimp over cooked..We go every year for special occasions but will be looking for somewhere new. Not the Anthony's of years past."

"This place is wonderful for having a good meal the food is delicious. Had a combination plate with beans and rice both beans and rice were delicious and the food was flavorful. The tequila lime shrimp is excellent it is full of flavor and you can really taste it?s delicious butteriness that the lemon and tequila brings out. The homemade chips and salsa are wonderful highly recommend. The margaritas at the bar are fabulous as well. Great place to come for a very lively atmosphere and the outdoor fountain area is beautiful."

"My buddy recommended this place and went with my brother and his wife and my buddy's family. Located in a house in a regular neighborhood with a rather large parking lot. Food tasted like good old fashioned authentically prepared Mexican food. Chips n salsa were actually excellent without having them tainted with cilantro. : Only hiccup that occurred was that I wanted a side order of shrimp enchiladas ala carte and was told I had to get the full plate with no exceptions. Everyone enjoyed their food without complaint which doesn't happen very often. For sure will be back!"

"The issue started right away. We gave our name and number of dinners to the hostess. After watching about 3 other groups be seated that came in after us one of our group questioned the hostess. She acted like this was the first time she had spoke with us. The hostess then seated us right away. The waitress came to our table and took our drink order. After about 10 minutes the waitress brought 3 of us drinks. We were served bread but were not given any silverware or napkins until we made a request. Our salads came out but still one of our party still had nothing to drink. Our waitress never came by the table to see how things were going. Eventually our food came out. Still one of our party did not have their beverage. Also, our waitress never came by to even say boo. After about half way through the meal the manager was flagged down and the missing drink order was filled. Still no waitress came by to see if all was well. The special we all ordered came with a dessert. Finally we got the attention of our waitress to place our dessert order. The waitress brought our desserts to us but again only three desserts were brought out. After about 10 minutes we flagged down the waitress and asked for the missing dessert. A few of us have experience in the food service industry. We know some days things will not go smoothly. But this evening everything seemed to go wrong. Very bad experience at the Outback Restaurant in La Plata Maryland. It will be a long time before I visit this restaurant nor will I recommend this restaurant."

"Cozy, intimate restaurant in strip mall. Great for romantic dinners or family meals. Large wall painted with scenes of Italy. Small, covered outdoor patio in front separated from the parking lot by a wall. Large screen tv outside showing sports. Wine and beer served. This was my third time here and I'm still impressed with the food and the service. The servers really care. Free (delicious) garlic knots made fresh to your table! It's not fancy, but it's perfect."

"They confirmed my patio reservation at 4pm somehow lost it by the time of my reservation (7pm) service was terrible how the owner addressed it was, we had a large last minute group donated 50 pizza’s which set the stage for a 3 hour event. It took them 35 minutes to come back after seating us to take our drink order which only arrived another 30 minutes later, so sitting there without any water or bread to nibble on with a hungry child. Then when they brought the wine they didn’t bring the Shirley temple for the child when asked about it, they said the drink came from the bar!!!!!! "

"I went with a group for a birthday. It was the worst service any of us had ever experienced. Our waiter only took a couple of drink orders and then left for more than 20 minutes before we checked in to take the rest of the table order. For the food we had to tell him that we had to order. Then he took 4 orders, went away and didn't come back. When we got him to come back after telling several other workers we needed to complete the order, he forgot that he had taken the first few orders. He finally took a few more orders and went, again not to every person at the table. It took 2 hours in total and the food came out at all different times. We were all honestly very confused about what was happening throughout our dinner."
