"I'm responding again here, because your response contains bald faced lies. No attempt was made to contact me on the day you forced us to cancel our wedding welcome event. There are no call, text, or email records to either me or my partner. You ambushed me with this as I walked in the door for our rehearsal dinner despite us checking in with you several times that week. Instead of enjoying dinner with our families, we had to frantically try to find another venue to host our 100 guests when they arrived in under an hour. There were no hurricane remnants or high speed winds that caused you to cancel out of caution it was clear earlier in the day, there was a rain at the time of our event, and it cleared an hour later. And, you didn't cancel you tried to make us and our guests stand outside during the rain because you didn't get the tents you promised. You were simply unequipped and ill prepared to host the event that you had been contracted for. You did not refund our event fee out of goodwill, you refunded it after I contacted you several times and eventually threatened to take you to small claims court or report your to the Better Business Bureau. The fact that you didn't even comp the dinner I couldn't eat because I was too busy trying to move a 100 person event on half an hour's notice is astounding."

"Staff is always friendly. I find the pizza crust to be really chewy but I’ve had worse in this town... My favorite thing on the menu has always been the steak tip caesar but the other night I got it and there were only two small steak tips which is inconsistent to other times where there have been like four or five to a huge salad. So Just ok as far as food in my opinion, I would not rule it out as the staff makes up for food just being so so. it definitely gets busy certain nights so it can be a fun place to grab a beer."

"This restaurant serves delicious Chinese cuisine, with the best fried rice I've tasted at an American Chinese restaurant. The ladies who run the place are incredibly kind and always treat me well whenever I visit. The interior was renovated a few years ago, and it looks fantastic. Both the service and the food are outstanding. My only wish is for them to improve the exterior of the building, as they definitely deserve more than five stars!"

"Simple, tasty food, go for a small-town dining experience. It was crowded for Sunday breakfast, so my husband and I sat at the counter. I chose 2 eggs with corned beef hash, and my dish was exceptional?the corned beef was crispy, worthy of the rareindulgence. It also came with a toasted corn muffin, all for $9.50. For the same price, my husband enjoyed his 2 eggs, homefries, sausage and toast. No thought is given to the presentation, but the execution is tasty! Despite being busy, the serverswere efficient and friendly, this was a true small-town dining experience."

"My boyfriend and I have been to this location several times and each time it’s never gotten better. The coffee is watery and tasteless. I ordered a cocoa mocha and it’s 90% milk, 10% coffee and there was no cocoa. My boyfriend got a caramel craze and it was the same, mostly milk with a little coffee. We also waited for 10 minutes while an employee was sweeping the floor for our donuts. She never looked up or asked why we were waiting. Finally another girl asked and apparently they had forgotten about our donuts entirely. Severely disappointed and will not be returning. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20"

"This is a great spot for a late dinner with friends after a day at Willoughby Lake. Keep in mind that in this area, a late dinner is around 8 PM. We all opted for fried haddock, homemade fries, and baskets of maple cornbread, which were just what we needed after our time on the lake. The portions were generous, though the fish could have been a touch less battered and fried. However, the fries were spot on! It would have been nice to have a small side of coleslaw included, rather than having to upgrade to a platter; coleslaw really should be a standard accompaniment with fried seafood. Our waitress was friendly and engaging, and the service was quick and attentive. I did notice that another waitress casually tossed leftover drinks and ice from our table over the deck, which might not sit well with everyone. As a local from Northeast Kingdom who comes back to visit, it reminds me that while some things change, many remain the same. I would definitely return for more hearty meals the next time I'm in the area."

"The food here is absolutely incredible! I tried the mini tacos along with the loaded waffle fries, and they were outstanding. My friends ordered the turkey melt sub, the cheeseburger sub, chicken buffalo fries, and the chicken bacon ranch sub, and everyone was raving about the flavors. Everything was delicious! It's definitely worth the drive if you're coming from outside the area. I highly recommend it—10 out of 10!"

"Stayed across the street at the Lynburke Motel and we visited this local favorite twice. Inexpensive beer and family-friendly fare explain the constantly full parking lot. Omelets were large and pretty good. They also offer tater tots and biscuits as subs for homefries and toast. The biscuit should be avoided but the tater tots could not be more perfect. The veggie omelet was fine- not horrible, not amazing (the size was generous) but way better than the multi-day old muffins offered by our motel. Service was very good and fast. We stopped by later for a drink. Restaurant and bar were busy! Service was friendly and the menu had loads to offer- including a salad bar. There were the standard burgers, nachos, and fries but also buckets of fried chicken and mac and cheese. We didn't eat here for dinner but I'm sure it would have been okay. If I'm in Lyndonville again, I would eat at the Valley View."

"To anyone that reads reviews:No it's not the best subway. Sometimes they run out of different breads and yeah sometimes they don't do all the promotions that are on TV but it's Lyndonville!!! We're lucky to have a Subway in this town. I checked the hours on GOOGLE and saw some of the sh people were saying. Like it's Subway not a 5 star restaurant. eat your dam sandwich and be happy."
