"Upon walking into this restaurant, I was skeptical after observing the surroundings and questioning if the reviews were more hype than an accurate representation of the service. The atmosphere was reminiscent of a small-town tavern in Wisconsin, nothing more, nothing less. I had anticipated a wider selection of beers, but perhaps my expectations were unfounded. They did have a few quality taps from local breweries, but the rest were standard options. However, the real highlight here is the food. It may be simple pub fare, but it is executed exceptionally well. The fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the onion rings and fried mushrooms were delicately breaded with just the right amount of salt. The burgers were juicy and cooked to perfection. If we end up moving to the area as planned, this will definitely be a go-to spot for Saturday lunches."
