Honestly, today's food was terrible. Everything was overcooked and poorly assembled. Just last night, I received five to six perfectly cooked potato skins, but today, some orders had only four, and they were small, hard, and looked like leftovers. The chicken was dried out and tough.
Additionally, I was supposed to get a 5-piece Asian dish, but instead, I received a 5-piece lemon pepper order. I also ordered two 10-piece lemon pepper orders, but only one came. This was a large order for my job, and it was completely messed up. The inconsistency and lack of professionalism are disappointing.
When I tried to get a refund, the best offer was just $2.10 on an $8.00 order of wings, which is completely unacceptable. The only thing that was half-decent was the salad."
