She also claimed that they always confirm the order at pickup, which did not happen in our case. She refused to replace the incorrect item or provide a refund, and then abruptly hung up on me. When I tried to call back, another employee hung up on me too. Although the other two items we ordered were correct, they were greasy and unappetizing.
