"This restaurant has a lovely patio, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. It used to be a fantastic spot, but my last three visits have been disappointing. The service has been slow, the food has been subpar, and I received the wrong bill. During my previous visit, my mother expressed that her sandwich was terrible, and instead of offering a genuine apology, the waitress almost became defensive, suggesting that we should have inspected the sandwich before eating it. Although they did remove the sandwich from the bill, it left a bad taste in our mouths. Honestly, I could make better meals at home for less money, so I’m not sure if I’ll be returning as often. I really hope the restaurant can get back to its roots and reclaim the fun atmosphere and excellent service it once had."
