"They are very nice and do correct their mistakes, but I really wish they would get it right the first time, so I wouldn't have to go back for something as simple as missing items. Thankfully, I asked if we had any silverware before leaving, as they forgot to include that in the bag too. My mom was hungry and just trying to be polite; the staff was nice, but that doesn’t change my point.
The chicken tenders were a bit crunchy in some spots, but most were good. I would come back and would recommend this restaurant, but I suggest checking your order before driving off—that’s what I’ll do from now on. I don’t care if they get annoyed with me for checking; I'm not leaving without confirming everything is correct.
One more thing: my mom ordered the famous bowl and barely got any chicken. It seemed like they mostly included the batter rather than actual chicken. If this is their new standard, it needs to change because if not, my mom won’t be back for her bowl, and unfortunately, I’ll have to follow suit. Please fix these issues and stop giving us subpar food.
One last thing to mention is that the Taco Bell and KFC are combined in one location, which is a cool perk. You can get both Taco Bell and KFC in one spot, which is definitely a winner in my book! I would recommend it, just be cautious!"
