"I am sitting here waiting on my togo order. I can't comment on the food yet, but am already so impressed with the customer service here. More specifically I'd like to comment on the gentleman that is working the register and window. I haven't caught his name, but he is kind, does his job with a smile and constantly working. Moreover he has been working like crazy, but hasn't looked stressed or overwhelmed. He keeps hustling with a smile and makes you believe he truly enjoys his job and the customers. I'm very impressed so far."

"We went for the all you can eat salad bar, it was pretty bare, out of lettuce and tomatoes and cheese we asked and she said, she would bring out some lettuce. She put just enough out for 2 small salads and we asked about tomatoes and cheese. She came back with 5 wedges of tomato, and the cheese was about 1/2 an inch deep in a small bowl. The salad was fine but when we went back for a little more it was still bare. There was about 6 people eating but the wife and I were the only ones who had the salad bar. I get not wanting to waste anything but if you have to ask for every item on the salad bar to be brought out, I’m just gonna pass and make the trip to Jasons in Ft. Worth."

"I got ribs slice brisket and turkey and a baked potato. The ribs were good could have been alittle more tender i like the fall off the bone but i get thats not the right way blah blah. The brisket was perfect and i mean perfect but the turkey was my fav out of this world great. I ordered a baked pot this thing was the real deal. It was huge lots of sour cream butter and cheese. I asked for bacon it was a upcharge which kinda was like really but it was real bacon. There drink choice had me throwed but they was great and the dr. Doctor really is better than dr. Pepper. Over all if im ever back in this town i will be comin here."

"I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 15-piece chicken tender meal, with half spicy and half regular, since my wife can't eat spicy food. Unfortunately, we ended up with just four regular pieces and the rest were spicy. The spicy tenders were incredibly dry and cold, making them nearly inedible. Additionally, I had requested a small container of gravy and a barbecue dipping sauce, but I’m not fond of their gravy. Overall, I was disappointed with the cold chicken and the incorrect order. Is this how it’s supposed to be?"

"Small Town, old school charm.. exactly what you expect from a hometown diner. Forget the looks of the place the people and the food are what make this place a 5+ Cafe. All the staff are nice, quick witted, and helpful, but don't sass them or you'll be put in your place. Food is well priced. Chicken fried steak and eggs was huge and come with a side of 2 or 3 eggs, hashbrows and a biscuit and side of gravy. They also have one without breading and both are excellent tasting and well made. When I tell you that they made perfect eggs I mean it. It's probably been 5 years since any place you very done over medium eggs right and these were perfect. Lovely place to stop, eat, and chat with people. Like we all used to before we took our phones everywhere."

"This is often the main issue during lunch service. Nevertheless, Robin always offers wonderful dishes, and if something is not up to par, she quickly acknowledges it and makes it right. No owner wants their patrons to leave unhappy; she genuinely cares about her customers' experiences. Always remember how you'd like to be treated when you're in a restaurant—kindness goes a long way! I truly love the food here; it's always fresh, and the new terrace is fantastic. It's a great spot that I highly recommend!"

"Annie is the best Springtown to offer. I say that because I have protected every restaurant in this city and thousands of other restaurants in the USA and internationally. The other restaurants in the city have all glitters in food quality, cleanliness, friendliness and/or service. I'm not from this area and I don't know anyone connected to this restaurant. Annie opened about 2 months ago and is open only for breakfast and lunch. We gave them several times before we stopped for lunch today and gave them time to train the kink. I was very impressed because the restaurant was open for a few months. No, that's not Ruth's Chris Steak House yet it's another restaurant "Name". Instead, it's just a very good country restaurant 4 miles west of Springtown on the Jacksboro Highway. The menu was typical for country restaurants with the usual selection of breakfast and lunch. Their prices are typical of a country restaurant in this part of Texas. What was not typical was their excellent service, delicious food, plentiful serving size, clean restaurant and clean toilets. We had: > chicken fried chicken: a lunch served by chicken seasoned and perfectly roasted with a light dough. With gravity. >Cornbread surprise: a country favorite with hamburg meat, onions, jalapeno paprika, cornbread, etc. One of the best we tasted – very tasteful. >Lunch salad: chopped iceberg salad/tomatoes with carrots. Very fresh and a fairly large portion. Delicious salad dresses that tasted homemade. > Potatoes with severity. >Pinto beans: good, but could have used some more spices. I have to say the spices were typical of this area, we just want to have more taste. > Makkaroni and cheese: Very tasty. The cheese tended to be a little thin or watery and affect the affected appearance, but not the taste. > Tea: Very good. The two servers were very friendly and efficient, took our order in a timely manner, kept our drinks replenished, and clearly delivered high quality service. One thing I liked is that they don't ask if we wanted to refill – they just kept our glasses full. We want waitstaff to take care of the business so that we can visit my lunches, family or friend(s) and have done a great job. You certainly deserve our business, and I can't wait to try your breakfast again – I know I'll be very happy!"

"Our order was not right when we got home from the drive-thru. With today's prices this is so aggravating. To make this right, I have to drive back and get the missing items or they will take my name and when I come back they will make it right, which I ordered it today and wanted it today not tomorrow or even next week, it was today's lunch. The problem is, it's my GAS MONEY having to COME BACK, the order should have been correct in the 1st place, the mistake is on the part of the Taco Casa, not the customer, so good customer service makes all effort to correct THEIR MISTAKE. especially since they read it back to us twice. While trying to get compensated back (because with tax its over a $5.00 mistake of my hard earned money, all the other food is now cold. This should not be tolerable. We need a new law that if a restaurant does not get your order right, they should have to be out of the expense for doordash or one of their staff members deliver the missing items (expense on their part not the customer's), while you are eating your other food. How is it my responsibility to run back and forth for something I PAID FOR IN THE 1ST PLACE and help with YOUR TACO CASA BUSINESS!!!"

"I absolutely have to write a review about this sonic. This is BY FAR the worst sonic I've been to. I keep going back because there's not many options for food here in Springtown but my final experience on 10/12/23 was my last. First, they NEVER give you condiments.... like.... ever unless it's during the morning shift. I typically order through the app and I specifically select the condiments that I want and they are never in the bag. This includes marinara for the cheesesticks and cheese for the pretzels (although, I did get cream cheese frosting with my pretzel once... seriously)... the condiment thing is like the very least of my problems with this place. My order is ALWAYS wrong. One time I ordered a kids meal and received TATER TOTS ONLY. No entree, no drink, no toy... just the tots. Still didn't even make me mad. I already know I have to check everything from this place. Another night, I ordered a BLT and received 3 pieces of toast with inedible burnt bacon and nothing else. I like my bacon a little burnt but this was not edible at all and there was no lettuce, tomato, or mayo. I threw it away and didn't even complain to them. So here's what pushed me to finally write a review. On the night of October 12th, I ordered a BLT again (I did not learn my lesson last time) It was pretty late and my infant was fussy in the back seat so I was in a rush to get home and didn't check my order before leaving. When I got home, I opened it up and the BLT had no bacon. None. So at this point I'm FED UP with this sonic so I drove back up there to complain. Do you want to know what I was told? THEY KNEW THEY DIDNT PUT BACON ON IT. THEY HAD RAN OUT OF BACON AND GAVE ME A FREAKING LETTUCE AND TOMATO SANDWICH ANYWAY. Instead of asking if I want something else or a refund they just sent me home with 2 pieces of bread, lettuce, and tomato and expected that to be perfectly acceptable. The girl apologized, took my receipt and promised she would refund my whole bill for the night. It's been 7 days and I've received no refund. Shocker. So, here I am, doing my part to warn people not to visit this sonic and if you do, you can certainly expect to be ripped off."

"Wednesday 08.09.23 bartender (Garrett R) threw us out because my son asked him for the rest of a red bull he used to make a drink. Half a dozen customers came outside to let my son know the bartender was out of line. First and last visit to this $hithole! Entire staff is new, manager was ok but someone made a bad choice hiring the bartender unless the goal is to lose business. Garrett also added an unauthorized $10 tip to my credit card. I'm pretty sure he was fired from his last job."

"Great place to eat and work. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have the best sandwiches. My favorite is the California Club. Their Chicken Salad is made from scratch. My favorite soup is Tomato Basil. All soups are made from scratch as well asthe chili that is very good. Then there is their Indian Tacos which are to die for. I can't wait for Thursdays to get here so Ican get my Indian Taco and in Hope's of getting there before they are all sold out. They have a full Salad Bar that is justscrumptious as well as Bake potatoes. Finally top it off with a Banana Split, Brownie Sunday, a shake (they have specialty onesas well), a Malt, a Waffle Cone with your favorite choice of Ice Cream or a couple of scoops in a cup with a topping. The alsohave games in the back lobby that you can play while waiting for or eating that delicious meal."

"Ok in all fairness I gave this a second shot because sometimes people can have bad experiences but the second time was the same issue. The food is overpriced almost $30 for two tortas no drinks. I ordered and was told that there would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. Ok fine it’s not fast food I get that. When someone did come out to bring food it was for someone who arrived after me. Last time I came same thing happened and they said someone called and ordered. I’ve been in customer service and can tell you that walk ins are priority over callers. So there’s that. So here I am again watching people who arrived well after me get food. The staff is nice but this is not a great way to service your customers."
