"After a couple of years, I decided to give this restaurant another chance, and boy, was that a mistake! First of all, their packaging is a complete disaster—spills everywhere on the appetizers. The spring rolls were terrible, barely cooked and tough. The fried dumplings, which used to be mediocre, have now become even harder and doughier. The entrées were just average. Ironically, the fortune cookie I received had a message saying, "Business is a lot like playing tennis; if you don’t serve well, you lose." Well, you've certainly lost me for good! I was willing to overlook poor packaging and customer service in the past, but the horrible food is simply unacceptable."
