"It was my birthday, I made reservations for 7:00pm. We weren't seated until 7:30! I had at least 25 guest celebrating with me. The waitress seemed irritated with us asking her for simple things like refills. There was a waiter named Jeremy who assisted her and he was very pleasant and made us all feel welcomed and comfortable. We all put our entree orders in around 8:15 but was not served until 10:00 pm. This made my guest want to leave. The manager came out several times and assured us that our food would be out soon but it took 2 1/2 hours for us to eat! I feel like the staff was not prepared for a large group and it definitely was proven."

"Our service was absolutely horrible! When we arrived at 7:00 on a Friday night, the place was more than half empty. That should 've been our first clue. When my husband asked the waitress which beers they had on draft, the waitress pointed inside the menu at the beer list. We had seen some craft beers listed on a sign as we walked in, and they weren 't listed in the menu. So my husband asked about those. The waitress told us there were too many to remember, and didn 't offer to go find out. Later on, we asked her if they did anything to celebrate birthdays--we were there for my mother 's 85th birthday. She said, All we do is give a free sundae. And she walked away. She never offered drink refills, etc. I 'm not sure where the manager was, but had he been walking around at all, he would have noticed the poor service this young lady was giving her customers. The male server that was working with her was trying his best to pick up her slack--clearing tables, asking people if they needed anything, etc. Unfortunately, we were one table outside his service area. We will definitely NOT be going back."

"I’ve been here three times and each time we’ve been made to feel like we were the server’s only customers. We felt catered to and like our service was important to our waitress. We have a home here but our primary home is in Hawaii. This Beavercreek restaurant is as nice as some of the finest restaurants in Hawaii. Thank you for making each visit unique and fun."

"my husband and I love tgifridays, we always have goof service and food, but when we went on April 8th 2017 we did not have a good experiance...the hostess had a very bad attitude and it wasn't just to us it was to everyone we saw her host. our watress was very nice and friendly but she has a heart murmur and wasn't feeling well so she had to take a break and her coworkers did not help her. we sat down at 7:15 pm and didn't get our drinks until almost 8pm. we didnt get our food until almost 9pm and the computers went down and our order was lost along with the people sitting next to us and they also said it was the worst service they ever had there as well. if her coworkers would of helped her the service would of been alot better but it seemed they didn't care about her or her tables. I love Fridays but this last time was the worst service I have ever had there!"

"My girlfriend and I had a lovely time here. Our waitress was so friendly and willing to adjust our meals to make them perfect for us. She was able to make nice conversation but was not overbearing and didn’t linger. She checked on us consistently for drinks and to see if we needed any help. She was quick when refilling drinks and was very knowledgeable of the menu and shared her own personal opinions on several menu items. The food itself was very good as well. I got the bacon cheeseburger with a side of the whiskey glaze at our waitresses suggestion dipping the sweet potato fries in the glaze was very good. We also got the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer and it was satisfying but didn’t take away our appetite for the meal. Although we were there fairly close to closing, we never felt rushed and our waitress insisted that we take out time."

"Had a terrible experience. After multiple mishaps with order the experienced waitressmind you we had two one in training brought out soup my mother in law ordered. Without a spoon. When she asked for a spoon the experiences waitress said there were no clean ones and rudely said she would go wash one herself very catty in my opinion.The meal was paid for which helped with the mishaps but not the rudeness. I believe this experienced waitress should be fired there is no space for this kind of mistake make in food service. I don’t remember her name but she was training another waitress and the waitress was very good for her second day. The manager eventually did come out and diffused the situation"

"We had a reservation for 6 o’clock, but we had to wait to be seated and were ultimately forgotten about. At 7:10, I had to find a manager to inquire about our lack of service. We ended up missing the hibachi show and had our food cooked in the kitchen instead. Our food did not arrive until 8 o'clock. Although we were given a discount, this experience was disappointing as it was my birthday and we spent the entire evening waiting and feeling neglected despite having made reservations for a special occasion."

"Normally, the service at TGIF is substandard. But this by far.... was the WORST dining experience ever! I made my reservations through Open Table. We arrived on time. And I advised the employee at the front door that we had a reservation. There was NO line. And he advised that we had to wait. After standing there for 10 minutes, I asked him why were we still waiting? And he stated that we had to wait, until the person seating us cleared tables. Another employee approached us five minutes later. And asked why were we still waiting? And the initial employee stated, that we still had to wait for the guy to finish clearing tables. After waiting for 20 minutes. We were finally seated. However, our server did not approach our table for another 15 minutes. After finally placing our order, my wife 's fish was burned! And my BIG ribs were anything but big! Our server returned 10 minutes later. And asked was everything okay? We advised her that the fish was overcooked. And we wanted to speak with a manager. The manager arrived. And stated that she observed the fish when it left the kitchen. But she was told, that my wife requested for the fish to be overcooked. Really?! We will NEVER return to that location EVER again!! The customer service (or lack of) is HORRIBLE! And the food is mediocre at best!!"

"They completely disregarded our reservation and told us that we would have to wait behind all of the walk-in customers. When I asked the point of making the reservation, the individual had no answer, wrote my name on the walk-in list and told me that “all these people came in first”. Once I knew that he had no concept of previously making a reservation to avoid that, my date and I just ended up leaving. The kids were very young that were working there and seemed like they were flustered. This is no doh t the fault of restaurant management which is obviously extremely poor. I would not in any way recommend that restaurant."

"I made my online reservation hours before arriving. When I arrived there was a very long wait, but, I was told it would only be a few minutes. 20 minutes later, after several parties who did not use online seating were seated, we asked when we would be seated. We were told the online seating is a third party site and they don’t pay any attention to it. There were still 3 parties ahead of us, one of which was a party of 20. We left and went to another restaurant that was happy to seat us."

"Great food and great service. Mgr often comes to check-in. complains of cool paces and he/she adapted for us. My only concern is that I was told that I hadn't called to adjust my open table reservation, we hadn't taken place. You obviously don't reserve tables."

"Was going to order dessert but after 45 minutes there with a toddler must have been too long for them. Was in a rush to check me out on a Saturday at 5:15pm. Ran my card twice and have to dispute it with my bank. Happy birthday single mom!$10 tip turned to $3. Expected from a chain restaurant though. My bad. I knew better ? *Update* issue was resolved w/ tgi fridays within 6 days. Added a star because management was friendly and helpful."

She took our drink orders, and from the time we walked into the restaurant until our beverages were served it was a half hour. When the meal was served the broccoli was old and yellow and brown. We will not be going back to this restaurant."

"When I went to the house on Wednesday at 4:30 a.m., there was no one standing at the host. I just waited a few moments. not so bad. so I said I could smell something unpleasant. it was almost as if you knew you were near a bathroom. When the hostess/barkeeper saw us, she asked if we needed one table for two. I immediately told her I had 2 reservations under opentable. She said she didn't know about it and said we could sit anywhere we wanted. my hoss and I looked for a table. (this smell was still persistent where we went in the restaurant. the seat we chose was ok, then the smell finally went away or we just got used to it. my gassing and I ordered our food that was decent as soon as it arrived. I mentioned our waiter that the hostess didn't check us under opentable and he immediately said he could do it for us. after a while the waiter approached me and asked about the number I used for my points. he went and came back after a short time and told me that there was nothing. (Did I go to the wrong TGI Fridays? I checked my reservation and i was at the right place. the waiter asked me after a lot of time with this about the account number. I didn't know he was referring to the tgi on Fridays point system and not opentable. he told me it didn't work that way. I needed a Friday account before I could get points. I tried my best to explain to him that this was an opentable reservation and not the Friday 's. at the end I spoke to a manager (which was only 3 months ago and he said he was not familiar with him. after much debate and explaining to him how opentable works, he finally went to the stand of the host and could find my reservation on the opentable system. he actually said that I was the only one on the list. as someone told me, take a good look at this place, you will never see him again!"

"This experience was just awful!! From the word go it was unbelievably bad. No organization, and they claimed that the never received our reservation. The place was not too busy when we arrived, so pushing a few tables together to accommodate our group, should have been an easy task. But, instead it was a complete fiasco, as the servers were more worried about losing their tables, than figuring out a way to serve us as a team, and keep their share of the business generated. They actually expected us to separate into 3 tables at different sections of the restaurant!!! It was insane! As if that wasn 't bad enough, we arrived at 7, but never received so much as a salad or appetizer unto 8:45pm. Even then, not our entire group was served. Fries were cold, and many people got the wrong dishes. Three people in our party ordered the endless apps, and didn 't receive even their first round until 8:45pm!!! Then, it was like pulling teeth to get any appetizer refills ! The management seemed clueless too. The experience was horrible, and inexcusable, especially for a noted chain like Friday 's! I can 't imagine that this is the experience they want associate with their name! A major overhaul is needed at this location !"
