"The server who attended to us was very friendly, but we found the food quality disappointing, a sentiment shared by my roommate for whom I brought back a sandwich. The “loaded” nachos were lacking, containing only chili, cheese, and onion (definitely not loaded, as there were no jalapeños available), and the chips were stale. The sandwiches had very little meat, the bread was soggy, and they fell apart while we were eating. Given the size and quality, the price was far too high and didn’t even include chips. We ordered a Sprite but were only given the can without a glass of ice or a straw. The rating is a 2 solely because of the lovely decor and atmosphere. I can't comment on other menu items since we didn't try them, but there is a lot of potential; however, the preparation of the sandwiches and nachos definitely needs significant improvement.
