"Salad was good but pizza was cold with runny tomato soup sauce and no flavor. To follow up on my previous review, Jonathan Greer the GM contacted me within the hour of my review apologizing for my experience and offering to make amends for our bad experience. He was very concerned about our satisfaction and assured me that he would be attentive to the situation to assure that this would not happen again. We were not planning to return again, but because of Jonathan’s attention and concern to be sure his customers are satisfied we will definitely go back. DeSano Pizzeria is very lucky to have Jonathan Greer as a general manager for one of their locations."
