"I had a terrible experience at the restaurant tonight. We arrived between 8 and 8:30 PM for their crab leg dinner buffet, but there was hardly any food available—no crab legs, steamed rice, or honey chicken to be found. We waited for an hour, and I didn't see them refill anything. Despite this, they still wanted to charge us full price, even after we asked multiple times about when they would be bringing out more food. After some complaints from us and other patrons, they reluctantly offered us a 10% discount, which felt completely inadequate given the situation. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."
