"During our road trip vacation at the end of June from Minnesota, we had a stop in NYC on our way back home. My daughters and I visited this restaurant to bring a treat back to our hotel for their dad who is from Ukraine. The staff behind the counter were extremely helpful in guiding us to a variety of options. The man who helped us with the sausage was exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised when he sliced the meat for us (as opposed to just giving us a chunk) and he also answered all our questions about spice levels. When it came time to pay, the ladies had already left, so he handled the checkout process. Even when my kid found something else to try and cause a delay, he was still very patient. To top it off, he even gave us a bag of cookies for free. We had a nice chat about the weather, traffic, and tolls in NYC compared to Minnesota. We will definitely stop by again if we are in the area and highly recommend a visit. And yes, I need more pickles, do you offer shipping??"
