"If you are in a hurry, or care about the craftsmanship of your sandwich do not come to this Togo's.After one unfortunate experience, I came back and gave this place another chance and had the same terrible experience. I have never seen anyone move with the lack of urgency that the woman in charge of making sandwiches moves with in my life. It's to the point where you look around in disbelief because you feel you might be being pranked. And to add to the issue at hand, she will leave your sandwich behind to start working on online orders for people who aren't even inside yet. In the middle of all of this, she's constantly heading to the back to retrieve things one at a time and slowly.Moving past the pace (or lack thereof), the sandwich is made and wrapped horribly. Such a small amount of sauce is applied it might as well be non existent, even after begging more additional sauce. Meats are placed on the bread with carelessness that leads to bites lacking protein because the meat was folded into the crevice leaving the edges near the opening barren. My sandwich was folded with sauce and ingredients completely exposed, there was no effort made to close my bread over my sandwich innards.I added sauce and reassembled the sandwich at home leaving me with a decent product. So if the passage of time isn't problem for you, the ingredients are still your run of the mill Togo's ingredients and you might have a fine time. I will not be going back."

"My order was ready when I arrived, but there are some areas for improvement. The online menu could offer more options for customizing orders. The wrap I had was a bit dry, although it included the salt and pepper I requested. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy, but the salad seemed pre-packaged with just shredded cabbage and carrots, along with some diced tomatoes, pepperoncini stems, and a slice of cucumber. I’m glad I opted for extra bacon and avocado; I had expected the bacon to be sliced rather than in bits. Otherwise, I might have been left feeling hungry. I arrived thirty minutes before closing, but the sandwich line was already closed for the night, so I couldn’t order soup. I saw a customer come in at 8:45 PM but get turned away. One employee left at 8:55 PM with a drink for a car and came back empty-handed. Then a lady pulled up, and he returned to her car with her walker. By 8:58 PM, he was mopping the floors, touching the oven and the touchscreen computer without wearing a mask or washing his hands! Whether during a pandemic or not, there are health and food safety regulations that should be followed in restaurants. I witnessed him touch several surfaces, including the door, the vehicle, and even a customer’s wallet, without practicing proper hygiene afterward. Watching all this reinforced my preference for cooking my own meals, which I do much more often."
