"I had my first dining experience at Lotus Garden in Upland, CA, and I was truly impressed! I ordered the Kung Po Mixed Vegetables, and I loved the generous portion of vegetables, which included broccoli, green bell pepper, bean pods, carrots, and water chestnuts, beautifully complemented by just the right amount of peanuts. The sauce was fantastic—not overly sweet or tangy, with the perfect amount of heat. I appreciated that it didn't have a barbecue flavor. I also sampled the vegetable egg rolls, and they were outstanding. We placed our order on Christmas Day, and the food was ready for pickup along with friendly service. I will definitely be returning!"
