"I've visited this restaurant a few times. The first experience was excellent, but during my second visit, I encountered some issues. The shrimp appeared undercooked, almost like it had come straight from a bag. When I requested that my shrimp be cooked for my combination rice, the owner's husband reacted poorly. He became quite upset, took my bag of food—after I mentioned wanting a refund—and angrily tossed everything in the trash. I'm definitely sharing this experience with my coworkers, advising them to avoid this place entirely. I could tell he was speaking poorly about me in his language, which felt very cowardly. To make matters worse, the owner’s wife had the audacity to ask if I had taken a bite of the egg roll, as if they were trying to find an excuse to avoid giving me a refund. I should have trusted my instincts and gone to Panda Express instead, where I know I would have received better service and well-cooked food. Now, I’m left waiting to see if I’ll even get my card refunded. They can be sure I won’t be spending any more money here in the future."
