"After I ordered, an employee was sitting outside on her phone for about five minutes. When she finally came in, she grabbed my receipt and handed it to me without saying a word. I gave her my six dollars, and she went into the back. A few minutes later, she returned with my drink and again handed it to me without any acknowledgment.
While I can overlook the lack of service if the coffee is good, unfortunately, the frappalatte was incredibly bland—essentially just flavored ice. I honestly believe I would have had better coffee at McDonald's. I didn’t want to leave a negative review, so I tried reaching out to the company directly, but they read my message and didn’t bother to respond. I won’t be returning to spend my money on overpriced, tasteless coffee served by a rude employee."
