"The food is fantastic and the staff is really friendly, but I’ve had some frustrating experiences. The last two times I tried to visit during their advertised hours, they were unexpectedly closed on weekdays around 2:30 PM, and neither of those days was a Wednesday. On a prior visit, they had a sign saying they would be back at 2:00, but they weren't there. That makes three times I've been let down. I really love this place, but I’m starting to lose patience. I just wish they would stick to their posted hours because I genuinely enjoy their food and warm service. It would be a simple fix: either update their hours or adhere to them. Anything less is disappointing."
