"I have dined at this restaurant several times in the past and have always had great experiences. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. We placed our order through their website, which was delivered by Grub Hub. The estimated delivery time was 80 to 85 minutes, but we actually received our food in about 60 minutes. The delivery person was friendly and we appreciated the text updates. Unfortunately, the food arrived lukewarm, which is to be expected with delivery. I had ordered a side of BBQ sauce for my fries, but it was missing from my order. Additionally, my fries were overcooked and my black bean burger was mediocre. Despite these issues, I continue to order from this restaurant because they offer a vegetarian burger that my family and I can enjoy together without any hassle. My husband tried the Monday Burger of the Day, the Mac Attack, but found it to be just average. The Smoked Gouda Mac n Cheese bites he ordered tasted like a regular burger. This was our first average meal at this restaurant and I couldn't overlook the decline in quality compared to past visits. For these reasons, along with the missing sauce and burnt fries, I could only give them 4 stars."
