"I started going to this restaurant in 2011 with a hope just to find okay Thai food as Urbana-Champaign are not big cities like Chicago where you can find authentic Thai food. But I was surprised how great the food was. I ordered Kana Moo Krob (Chinese broccoli with crispy pork belly) and three flavored fried fish. These dishes were so tasty that I went back there soooooo often (for some other dishes too). How often? Probably over 400 times in 6-7 years I was in Champaign. The owners are super nice. Service was quite fast. One of my most favorite restaurants of all time. P.S. These pictures were taken when I went back to Champaign the first time after I graduated. I went there 3 times during a 40-hour visit. Now, you know how much I love that place."

"Quality of food has sadly declined over the past few months. My girlfriend and I have been loyal customers for well over a year and have noticed unwanted items in our food as of late. To be honest we’ve probably ordered a little too often from here, but who knows Roi Siam better than us?! Recently we found a piece of fabric and a shrimp tail in the food (we did not order the fabric or shrimp). We hope the quality improves to what it once was as there’s nothing like Roi Siam on a Sunday brother"
