"Renowned for their Bun Bo Hue, this restaurant offers an incredibly authentic and delicious dish! It features all the essential components of a traditional BBH: pork blood, tender slices of beef shank, pork feet, cha lua (pork ham), and a rich array of flavors from Hue. We also really enjoy their Hu Tieu Xao, which consists of crispy flat noodles topped with mixed vegetables and seafood. Other highlights include the duck salad, pork chop rice, and grilled pork noodles, all of which maintain a consistently good quality. However, I was not impressed with their pho. Additionally, I’ve noticed that it often takes quite a while for my order to arrive."
