"The food is very good. Unfortunately everything else from service to atmosphere professionalism and organization is garbage. Hence the one star for good food. I called an hour before they were closed per Google. And the person who answered the phone wouldn't take my order because they were closed. I asked what time on Fridays they close now since clearly their Google profile was incorrect. They were unable to provide me a time and after a couple of rounds of questioning they finally answered that they had little business today so they closed. While this is understandable it's no way to run a business. I hope that they find their desired rhythm soon because it would be unfortunate for a restaurant with such good food to go out of business. Although I do understand why they have little business considering the complaints listed above."

"Today I went to get a small soup of turkey chili and and one piece of chicken and when I was taking two extra pieces of small bread they guy behind the counter got nasty and telling me I had to pay five dollars extra for two little pieces of bread. Thisgentleman that works there along with a tall gentleman in his early 30s and the other one in his mid 40s are very nasty anddisrespectful. I have 20 years coming here since I was young with my family and sometimes i will buy food up to 50 dollars or 100 dollars and I have the bank transactions to prove it. They are always nasty and disrespectful and slamming my food aroundwhen they are making it. Why would I have my wife and kids and fellow city workers as the cops and sanitation workers and mtaworkers. As a former city workers I will talk to the other city unions not to come into this establishment as long as those twoarrogant disrespectful workers are there during the morning shift from 8 am to 4pm behaving like animals and mistreated thecostumers and not showing love and care. Especially me that I have years coming here since I was 12 years old and now these twoworkers treating the costumers like trash and the owner is letting them get away with this."
