"The service, food quality and variety in the menu was all subpar. At this particular hotel, you are pretty much trapped at certain times of the day. DoorDash does not deliver and taking an Uber can get really expensive due to heavy traffic. Even though we saw the less than stellar reviews, we decided to give it a try because we were tired and an Uber was $85 to go 4 miles to better food options. We should have listened to the reviews and just paid the money to Uber. Service was extremely slow and the restaurant/bar was only about 25% full. We considered leaving after getting drinks and before ordering due to the slowness of service. However, we stayed and ordered food. There was nothing horribly wrong with the food. It was simply ok in quality, but way overpriced for what you get. It also took about 35 minutes to get to us. We ordered simple things from their slim menu like burgers, so it should not have taken that long to receive. I travel about 40% of the year due to my job. I do not typically have high expectations for hotel restaurants/bars, but this place came in well below even those low expectations. If you have the ability to go somewhere else, please do so."
