"I went to this establishment on June 8 for my step-daughter 's birthday dinner. The QR code on the receipt claims you can scan and pay for you check on your own. Chase threw a fraud detection and wouldn 't let it go through. So because of their dumb app, I paid for the bill like normal but this pending fraud charge is still out there. So I get to be inconvenienced by having to wait 5-7 business days for a new card. The waitress needed additional training on how to keep a closer eye on a party of 12, she kept disappearing and wasn 't quick at bringing refills and I had to go track her down to even get our checks."
