"Zero stars, actually. Placed an order with them through Uber Eats. Expected delivery 40-50 minutes which is reasonable for delivery and everything seemed normal. I was keeping tabs on the order for delivery updates. Order was in the car, being driven, even had an Uber driver name and contact who was minutes away according to the app. Open the app again after an hour saying suddenly the restaurant had cancelled my order. No alert, no phone call, nothing from the restaurant. I proceed to call the restaurant and the woman said 'oh yes, let me check ' then abruptly hung up and refused to answer the phone after I tried back multiple times. So that was a nice touch after over an hour of waiting. At least communicate if you cannot fulfill an order and contact a person who was about to spend almost $100 at your establishment. I 'll take my money elsewhere. This place will be out of business soon if this is normal practice."
