"I’m giving this restaurant a 1-star rating due to Sarah A's unpleasant attitude, which ruined my entire experience. If you’re going to work in customer service, you need to have a positive demeanor and a good work ethic. When I asked if she knew how to prepare a secret recipe item and even showed her the recipe from the website, she just mumbled under her breath and claimed she couldn’t make it anymore because it would be too costly. I strongly think you should consider letting her go and finding someone who actually wants to be there. I've seen several other negative reviews that mention her attitude as well."
